I live down the street, and I try to avoid this location because of some really strange experiences.
Earlier in the summer I ordered assorted Timbits to bring to a kids theatre party. When I opened up the box they were all plain timbits. Cool.
Another time, I ordered a latte and sat for over 15 minutes (this location has a drive thru lane you can’t escape. But I also wasn’t in a rush). When the female staff member came to the window she apologized, was getting oncoming orders and was panicking because her other male staff member was cleaning the dining room and not helping her make coffee or help with the window. She proceeded to start crying and keep yelling for his help, where she was ignored. He eventually came to the window and asked me “what do you need” I said “a latte”. He passed it through without apologizing or saying anything.
Tonight I pulled into the drive thru and someone infront of me was sitting at order screen and then drove off. It’s around 1030 and they close at 11. I have no service at the order screen; I pull around and the other guy drove off. I come to the window and the employee comes from the back, locks eyes with me, pours a cup of water and then walks into the back. Guess he wanted to close up early and stop serving?
I’ve had bagels that were crushed, butter instead of cream cheese, and complete wrong orders here. And I really don’t care - I usually just avoid the location. But the guy locking eyes with me and walking away spurred this review. This location has some serious issues.
Edit: After waiting for half an hour to get through to their “customer complaint line”and explaining the solution, they did nothing to rectify the problem. Just said “thanks for letting us know”. Not that I want free stuff but you think they would offer SOMETHING after a...

A Tim's that can't make coffee or offer donughts is not a good Timmies!
Over the summer of 2022 this location has gone through a change of owners....they fired all the former employees(the good ones who knew your name and got your order right, and the bad employees who didn't care) and during this transition this store has gotten worse and seems to show no signs of improving...
THE CURRENT STAFF NEVER GET COFFEE ORDERS RIGHT!?!?!
a very important part of running a coffee shop is having coffee!! a very important part of a donught shop is having donughts!! a very important part of running a Tim Hortons is having the menu items that you offer at your location ready for the customers!
-a very important part of running a drive thru is getting the orders right!! ..."plain bagel" sounds nothing like "English muffin"
-this kinda sounds like a good thing, but it is not...they are frequently out of menu items like doughnuts or bagels etc, which would seem like they're doing well....but really, they are not paying attention to their sales and making product accordingly, so now customers are not able to order certain food items because they don't have any available.
Overall....this Tim Hortons is not good...
...go to McD's or Starbucks or Detour or any other coffee shop in Dundas....
...or heck go to Ark&Anchor out by Hess Village dwntwn Hamilton,(look it up),they have great coffee and nice treats, try the "fair winds" coffee and one of their fresh...
Read moreI have been experiencing very poor quality customer service at this store for the last year now, and have chalked it up to poorly trained young people from another country, who hopefully would be improving as they learn how to do their job. Unfortunately, I never see the same face from week to week, and can only assume the turnover at this particular franchise is very high. But, yesterday I had had enough and asked to speak to the manager… After placing my order in the drive-through, I was asked to go park my car, and they would run my order out to me. Thought that was strange, but did as I was told, and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes. No one was coming. I went into the store and the front staff didn’t know who I was. they told me in fact, that they were out of the supplies to make my order, and asked me if I would like something else…! I couldn’t believe that they had knowingly wasted 10 minutes of my time, and had no intention of coming to serve me, especially since I had paid them! Asked to see the manager and was told to wait. Waited five minutes, manager never came, manager wasn’t even on site. What A sham! Left my number and asked for the manager to call me immediately but guess what, I haven’t received a phone call yet. I’ve left a complaint at guest services for Tim Hortons. Let’s see what happens. Hopefully the store will improve in quality as there are many of us in our community who enjoyed our lovely Tim Hortons coffee shop before it changed ownership in...
