Pita Pit — Restaurant in Hamilton

Was impressed by the new store , went in for two pitas last night . The two staff members seemed overwhelmed , looks like they could have used an extra hand . The pita was very delicious and the amount of toppings was generous . I would give you guys 5 stars but I noticed that the staff was touching there face a lot while making the pitas , big no no . I will probably come back again , but if I see the staff touching there faces while prepping the pitas again I will stay away . 2. *update . I went into this location for a second time . Very dissatisfied . We were first in line and lots of people came in behind us. Maybe 6 people . By the time our pitas got to the topping station somehow our pitas got shoved aside while the other peoples pitas behind us were all getting made . One pita got made and everyone behind us got there food before us. 3 people and they all cant come up with a way to serve the first customers first . Seems like the management at this location needs to do a lot of re-training on customer service and proper uniform . Only one girl was wearing a hair net , one older women had her hair not tied back . Hey at least this time nobody touched there face while wearing gloves ! . Will not...

Stopped in here on my way home from work the other evening, wanted something different for dinner. Had a wonderful experience thanks to Sadie, I believe her name is. It was quite busy & hectic with all their in store & online orders but she was very friendly, quick and cleanly the entire time. She never failed to make sure she was completing my chicken shawarma pita exactly how I wanted it done as well as being very mindful of keeping her space as clean/disinfected as possible! It was also great to witness how well this team worked all together as one unit! The staff are doing a great job here. 10/10 recommend and will come back...

Pathethic. Ordered a Chicken Shawarma, but what I received was practically vegetarian.

Chicken volume was 6 pieces (chicken piece is pictured). 6 PIECES like the pictured chicken. For real. No exaggeration.

The vegetables were fresh tasting but the sandwich could have just been a straight veggie pita. I was told by the employee that the smaller pita has half the volume of the large pita's chicken, although even twice that volume in chicken is a joke.

Waste of time. I'll be hungry again within an hour. Hoping this is a case of franchisee irresponsibility and not the actual corporate standards...
