Edit: After the manager reached out, the problem was rectified. So it all comes down to the manager, the person who answered the phone, and the delivery driver lying. We placed an order and received an estimated delivery time. That time came and went so we called the store. The person who answered said, the order has left the store and the website just isn’t going to update to say where it is. Well 15 more minutes roll by and still nothing. We only live about 8 minutes away. We called back and they said, yeah they are just leaving now. So the first time was a lie, the order hadn’t left the store when we called. So now we upset because our food was sitting for about 20 minutes, getting cold. We asked them to cancel the order and remake it, so we can have it fresh (sorry but we spent a lot of money and didn’t want old, cold pizza). So they assured us that they would remake it. Lo and behold, the delivery driver showed up 5 minutes later. We asked if this was the new order and the driver was adamant that it was. We did accept it because we had been waiting an hour now and had 2 hungry kids. Clearly it was the old, cold food. So yet another lie. I've always tried to avoid big chains when it comes down to pizza. But one day, I decided to order from the Pizza Hut by the 50th Road. Through a quick phone call I ordered a pick-up. When I got there, pizza was ready and they were all very polite and respectful. Next week, another order, but this time, they called me by name (since they had be on the system) and asked me if I want the same order as last week. I was extremely satisfy with that! Being recognize quickly on the end of the day and getting your order ready to go with politeness is very rare in nowadays.
Not to mention, I am a homestyle crunch only type of guy, however, they made a "test-drive" for a handmade style that was phenomenal! I highly recommend this establishment!
