Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hamilton

As usual the chicken was very good, but unfortunately also as usual there was something wrong with the order. I ordered a thing of butterfly shrimp which costs $11, with sauce. What I received can only be described as embarrassing, and can’t possibly be right. I called the restaurant to I inquire about this “butterfly shrimp” order and was assured that yes, this is correct. Photo attached, you decide if that’s an $11 shrimp order. Oh and bonus! No sauce! Extra bonus! Three of these “butterfly shrimps” were just the broken off tail section! Awesome! Just stick to the chicken, don’t do what I did and go “crazy” on something different!! Check out how small these things are too. Just don’t ever order these. Ever. Truly disgusted with the food X2. previous visit ordered three 3 piece chicken meals, got home to find that 2 of the 3 piece meals consisted of 2 drum sticks and a wing.

Was there this evening ordered 3 Three piece meals, all the chicken was over cooked, with a very salty taste, also had a little bit of a soapy taste.

The pop machine was sticking so when you pull your cup away it keeps flowing, mentioned this to two different employees, got the exact same reply from both of them, a slight tilt of the head, a shoulder shrug, followed by a "Meh" and they walked away.

If you are thinking about visiting this location, I would recommend going to the Pet Valu in the same parking lot instead, the dog food there probably tastes better.

I had an amazing experience at this Popeyes location! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. From the crispy chicken to the perfectly seasoned fries and warm, buttery biscuits. But what really blew me away was the service.

The owner himself came out and served us our meal. That kind of personal touch and pride in his restaurant is something you don’t see every day. It made the whole visit feel special and showed just how much he cares about his customers and the quality of the experience.

The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. You could tell the team was working hard and enjoying what they do. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Popeyes to anyone looking for amazing food and even...
