Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

After some time, we had recently rediscovered and returned to this location that we had frequented in the past, and the pizzas we've been ordering have been quite good.. Our visits are normally on the weekend, so when we visited on a weeknight, we never thought the quality would be a complete 180 from what we expected.

The pizza was a major disappointment, and sub mediocre. The dough was bland and chewy, no fluffiness to be found, as if it had been made 3 days prior. The toppings were so meagre, there were times I thought I was eating a basically tasteless breadstick, as the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni must have been rationed. Even though we live a short driving distance away, and had a pizza 'carrier' with us, by the time we returned home, there was no hotness to the pizza, barely above room temperature it seemed. I came to wonder if the pizza had been made hours earlier and just reheated and sold to us. We didn't finish this grossly inadequate pizza and realized that there's no sense in keeping it and heating it up the next day because it's so dry, we'd probably burn or parch it in the oven or air fryer (we don't microwave leftover pizza, ever). We only ate the few slices that we did because we hadn't had a meal all day. We ended up throwing out the remainder the following day. We also had requested that they cut the large pizza into 8 slices and they couldn't even accomplish that.

Needless to say, we were greatly disappointed in the unacceptable quality of the pizza, especially at today's prices, and confused as to why the great pizzas we had been getting on our weekend visits had deteriorated to this low quality.

Both of us had stomach and bathroom issues later that night and the next...

I ordered a 3 topping gourmet pizza online, and despite the fact that I picked 3 toppings, the online service didn't register the toppings.

At checkout I wish it would prompt me with a warning if there was an issue. Or in the least get a courtesy call from the store as they can see on their order form "3 topping gourmet pizza, toppings (cheese and base)"

Since I had someone pick my order up for me, but leave right after dropping both of my pizzas off. I served my kids first, and then realized my pizza was wrong.

My youngest has autism, so I could not go to the store to correct my order as it would cause a melt down if her routine is suddenly changed at a moments notice.

I explained this to the operator who didn't understand, or was not sympathetic in the slightest. Instead he tells me after putting me on hold for the third time that he has emailed my complaint to the store manager and district manager. I did not ask him to do this. So naturally, I assume what transpired after this was in direct correlation to his doing so.

I waited almost an hr for this pizza, and after it arrived, I opened the pizza stuck to the top of the box. So in essence, a second pizza without topping or cheese now, because its...

Ordered two medium pizza from this location. Order and pick up almost once in week....everytime the experience with the base and topping is worst but the only option on the way to home from work...today I Ordered based on delivery option and it was over 40 mins, I was waiting downstairs as he was already late...the delivery guy was even not at the apartment door and called me I am at your home door I told him that no you are not even at my home door as I am already waiting at the apartment main door...when he reached it was almost 43 mins as per policy the order was free...yet I was ready to pay then the delivery guy started arguing that I am never late you are lier and took the order back from my hand such a manner less person and got back in his car.... I called the restaurant and they said no delivery person is correct his behavior is right you are wrong.....even I am working in food industry and am supervisor but we know how to handle the problem and not blame the customer....and here it was not at all 100% my fault....even if this is on my way to home never ever going back to them ....don't want to go back to lier restaurant and...
