Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hamilton

I called the store to place an order 40 minutes before they closed. The person who took our order didn’t seem to fully understand us and kept saying "hold on" and leaving for minutes at a time, so we asked them to repeat the order after to ensure its accuracy (it was right). When we came to pick it up, nothing was ready and they scrambled to get everything into a bag for us. We stood around for about 10 minutes while the 3 people working talked to each other trying to figure out the order even though it was right on the till. I asked twice about the dipping sauce I ordered to be in there and I saw it in the order on the till (just like the person over the phone repeated to me). Proceed to get our food and ask if everything is in there and we are assured yes. When we got home in a different city we opened the food and they were completely missing the dipping sauces we ordered which was pretty annoying because it’s a 20 minute drive to the location but the really big problem was the chicken smelt funny so I broke it open and it was pink and under cooked. I ended up driving all this way and paid $25 to through it all out in garbage. Really disappointing service here, I will not...

Recently visited the Popeyes establishment. I requested that the food be prepared freshly, but unfortunately, it was apparent that they simply refried the existing items. This experience marked the lowest quality of food I have encountered at this particular location. Typically, other branches excel in providing freshly prepared food upon request, but this establishment seems to consistently reheat older items and present them as freshly made.

It is evident that this location requires enhanced management and training. I strongly recommend that someone from the corporate headquarters conduct an inspection of this facility. Despite clearly expressing my desire for freshly prepared food on two occasions, the staff assured me that they would comply. Regrettably, the outcome did not align with their assurances, and upon tasting the food, it was evident that it had been reheated rather than freshly made. This was a highly disappointing experience.

Considering my unsatisfactory visit, I strongly suggest patrons explore alternative Popeyes locations, where their money can be better spent on a more satisfying...

Went to this location today and the cashier took 10 minutes before taking my order and it was not busy. I waited more than 30 minutes for a family meal deal. When I tried asking for my order one of the staff said to me that chicken takes time to cook. Meanwhile other people were coming in getting their orders and leaving while I'm still waiting. I believe they forgot about my order and just tried to make an excuse instead of telling the truth. They were speaking their own language which I find very disrespectful! When I got my order and went home to feed my kids, I was missing whole box of fries that was part of my order. I called and took me forever to get through. I will never go to this location again. They need more Staffing and staff need more training on how to treat costumers more respectfully and value our time and our hard...
