Queen's Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton

Liars, Muslims beware!!! Order 3 pizzas last week with “halal pepperoni”. Pizza came and smelt off and pepperoni looked extra thin and crispy; I called to make sure they put halal on it because everyone at home was sure this was not the same we usually get. Spoke to a Sandip who said she made the pizza and ensured me she put the halal “150% I put halal” We threw the pizzas out and I kept some to sample and sent it to guelph for Animal species testing.

Testing showed it was conclusively pig meat!

Last time me or anyone in my family will order from this store. This is beyond disrespectful and disgusting to even consider people to do.

I have sent the results and recorded phone call to CBC Market place, hopefully this tracks the necessary attention as I am seeing there is a trend in lying about Halal at this store!

Update: more and more lies, I called the store to speak to the manager as requested so I can give him the results from guelph university showing conclusive swine DNA rather than bovine. I called TWICE, left name and number and reason to be called back and never got contacted once.

I ordered by phone today and a girl answered,she sounded very rude right off the start and sounded like she did not want to be working. She had alot of attitude, I usually order from them by phone and the gentleman are always nice and provide good service, But the girl that served me today was the complete opposite. She didnt even tell me how long the order was gonna be and the total she just hangsup the phone, did not ask for my name (very unorganized). I also ordered pop and extra sauce and she did not even give them to me and I paid for them already (Did not realize until I got home)! The pizza did I ordered did not even have enough sauce and toppings, the honey garlic chicken had sauce only at the bottom with only at least (2 tablespoon of sauce). When I got there to pickup, her attitude was way worst! I said I wanted to pick up my order and she didnt even ask she was just charging me for the pizza, I told her I ordered the wings too. Again she just didnt seem like she wanted to be working there, by far the worst customer service I have ever received with this company. Two bad experiences 1st visit ordered 4 different items not available 2nd visit Specific google search Queens Pizza Upper Paradise took me to other location Again items at this location not available Expressed my frustration and staff didn’t handled professionally but informed me I was rude for speaking my dissatisfaction. Never once apologizing for there lack of inventory like I was in the wrong for ordering items on there menu. Heads up if you order the Rotisserie chicken you must order in advance not stated on any of there marketing Was there waiting for order and observed not a single employee wash there hands once during my 25 minute wait while handling different foods and orders including employees coming in from outside right into kitchen handling orders No mask gloves or any concern about public health and hygiene.
