Queens Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton

Called this location to order pizza for pickup to which I was told 15-20 minutes. Drove all the way down there and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She told me that I did not call this location and that they did not have my order. I was 100% sure that I had called the correct location as I checked beforehand that I was calling the location closest to me. She was very argumentative and then she demanded that I showed her proof of the phone call. It wasn't until after that she decided to be polite and tell me that they would deliver it as they didn't have my order and hadn't made it. As I was about to tell her the details of the order, she then told me that they had received my order but she "had to call someone and forgot to make the order" so obviously she knew that she forgot to make the order the entire time. She offered to have it delivered to me, which she said would be 15-20 mins, which actually ended up being nearly 45 minutes. I get that people make mistakes, and I would have been understanding if she had admitted that they forgot my order, but this was way beyond rude. The pizza was disgusting and definitely not worth...

Updating my review. I started calling at 11:35 pm tonight and there was no answer. I continued to call on both the delivery and pick up lines and no one answered until 11:55. He immediately told me it was too late and he wouldn’t be making the pizza, after ignoring my calls since 11:35. He did this once before. I had called and he didn’t answer for about 15-20 min to close and then claimed it was too late. This is ridiculous man. You’re open to 12, you don’t stop taking orders at 11:35.. because it’s not convenient. It’s the same staff member there doing this ever time .. a small, dark skinned guy.. tiny.. I don’t know his name but his AWFUL. He’s pulled this stunt off repeatedly and in three occasions he’s failed to cut my pizza.. I picked it up, took it home and it wasn’t cut.. I had to tear it apart.. I’m done with this place! After being a regular and loyal customer for six months, I’m sick of the UN cut pizza and unanswered calls when I try and order and the employee I mention is terrible! Doesn’t take calls for orders past 11:30, doesn’t cut pizza into slices and the s just rude in general....

We have been ordering from your business for almost a year. We have never had a bad experience until today. There was a miscommunication with our wings order ~ that happens. But when calling to let you know, we were spoken to rudely and with attitude. Not only did we call once, but three times. The pizza itself was also not the best we had, normally it’s very good! Today it was tasteless and disappointing. We’re not looking for free pizza, we wanted to be treated with the great customer service we’ve been receiving for almost a year. Not once did you offer a solution for the future, just place blame and be defensive. When I mentioned that we would no longer be ordering from your business, your attitude was just like okay! That’s fine. That is not customer service. If you’re wrong or not it is at your businesses best interest to at least TRY to find a solution. It is unfortunate that this...
