Quik chik... as usual I always try and be fair, I've worked in the industry I know the ropes.. let's begin, apoun walking in, I notice it's quite clean with great open seating an even chargers in the wall, something you dont see to often, I arrived at 11:05, but diditn get served till 11:07 for the cashier was talking to what I am assuming is frequint customers. Finally after I order ( tuesday special deal 2 peace chicken for 6bucks) I am then told it will be 12min wait... deep breath in..I wait... 5min go by and another person walks in an orders a whole meal... he gets it with in the next 2 min befor ke some how... after waiting 21 min and after getting noticed by not only the cook that took times to come out for a drink but the chatty cashier I get my food. At First look, I'm pleased, the texture feels right and the taste is just under the line of pop eyes an kfc (but it will definitely kill your fried chicken craving) my 3 concern is the chicken is so hot that I physically cant hold it, my fingers nearly burn... and secondly the box you get it in even when your eating in makes it quit uncontrol to eat in, maybe order in some cheap trays, and finally is not a concern to say but a suggestion, play some music... when your waiting 20 min plus it's a little weird to sit there an only hear other people devouring there food. so to sum up my visit, long wait times, chatty workers, boiling to the touch chicken but very tasty and well cleaned eating area, I would be...

Food was good, but customer service was very poor. My other half went in to order 8 piece meal. He asked the lady if he came with fries and gravy. She said yes, so he got the order went to the car. Gravy not in there at all, went back in and asked, she said it doesn’t come with gravy that extra. So he said I just asked you when order if 8 piece meal comes with fries and gravy you said yes. Gave lots of attitude. The food isn’t worth the bad customer service which is sad to say.

Even when calling in to speak to a manager lady passed phone on to another person. Who I heard say I’m not the manager. Very nice person to deal with but even said he wasn’t the manager was more like shift supervisor. Even said to him that why couldn’t the other person have said no manager was there like he said. But here is the shift supervisor, just very poor customer service. Very grateful for guy I spoke to on phone, but sad that other employee just handed phone off to other person, for him to say I’m not the manager. Did say he will tell the manager/ owners what happened. Still not very professional the way person who answers phone even did things.

I had a very disappointing meal here. I'll start by listing the good things about the place: 4 nugget combo was less than $6 and came with a regular side and drink so that's a great deal. The location is great too.

The bad things about my visit were: Neither me nor my friends received biscuits with their meals (they got larger combos than I did so it isn't the case of a kids meal not receiving one), I wasn't given a drink initially and had to ask for one (and the cashier seemed annoyed I'd ask), the chicken batter was soft (not crispy OR crunchy) and the food was bland, my friend found a long hair in his sandwich (and you could see the cooks wearing hair nets but their bangs were hanging out the front uncovered), we waited 30 minutes for our meal at 2 pm, drink station was very under-stocked (only a few lids), and there was garbage all around the eating area. I was very excited to try this as it is closer to campus but I will not be back. I'll go to pop-eyes instead, it tastes better and doesn't come with the myriad of problems...
