Exceptionally good Japaneese cuisine. Took the family here for dinner. We were kindly greeted and seated promptly. Everything was very delicious. Fresh ingredients with complex flavor combinations that really hit. I highly recommend the Chicken Karaage Iv had it at many places but this was easilythe best I've had, and the Pork Katsu Curry Rice, it was hearty with diced carrot and potatoes that were perfectly cooked for a stew like consistency. Everything we got was top shelf but those were my favorite. The Raman had a rich flavorful bone broth base and house made noodle that so nicely absorbed the broth. Toppings were high quality and made for a perfectly rounded bowl of Ramen. The price vs portion size was decent and didnt leave me gasping at the bill by any means. We all left full and satisfied. Also the chef actually came out to thank us for coming and ask how we liked our meal at the end of our dinner. Such a nice touch that made us feel like valued customers. Even though this place didn't tick every box for me, I felt it would be an injustice to not give 5 stars because it was truly so close. The only ticks were for delayed service during the meal, and one of the pitchers of water delivered to our table was extremely bitter for some reason. But the other one was fine so we just didn't drink the bitter one. The environment is a very stark bright and didn't really set a cozy dinner vibe for me. Just wow!

I walked in not knowing what to expect just thought I would try it out. The young lady working there made a few recommendations and I chose one of them. I had it to go. As I waited in a pleasantly decorated dining room for my order that was very warm and welcoming yet classy and elegant. My food came and I went to my car to eat and let me tell you this meal was one of the most enjoyable meals I have ever had the presentation of the food was wonderful and pleasing to the eyes and everything was a perfect temp. I mean every bite was an adventure a story if you will. So fresh and vibrant and full of flovour. I was really hungry and after this I was much more than satisfied and refreshed but not so full that I wouldn't have room for dessert which they have but I didn't partake. 10 out of 10 would recommend service is great food is amazing and atmosphere is on point this one is a gem. Food came in good time. Piping hot. Great presentation. Open kitchen concept where the cooks are very friendly when you come in and leave.

Food wise, chicken karaage and okonomyaki had more sauce than I prefer. Karaoke shouldn't have sauce. It tasted more like General Tao with the sauce. It was still good. I'd recommend to hold the sauce. I wish I got Japanese potato salad instead of a green salad. Granted, I assumed. I liked the side dishes that came with it. Yes, to the meal set.

I wished the okonomyaki had more veg. As mentioned, it's a little heavy on the sauces. I'll pass on this dish for next time.

Overall, it's still very tasty. Menu looks like there are many options. It looks fairly traditional Japanese in food preparation. However, they may have made some NA tweeks. Can't be too bad. There were people constantly coming in and out dining or takeout orders. I recommend...
