Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

They never get the online orders right. Today I ordered a green goddess bowl and some salad items that i ordered were missing. And also everytime i order a bowl they never chop the salad items and even today it was specifically mentioned in the instructions to chop them into little bite sized pieces but it wasn’t done. How am I supposed to eat such big chunks of tomatoes and everything in a salad. And the order was selected for a curbside pickup but we had to go inside to pick up because the server said the order was picked up even before it was. The staff is lazy and never deliver things how they are supposed to be. Really...

Im not sure if the new Tandoori sandwich cutlet is cooked in store or ready-made, or they just heat and serve the pork cutlet, but mine was raw towards one side on the back. I contacted their main website regarding it and only received a form letter not even acknowledging me asking that same question. Pretty gross. I am thoroughly impressed with San. The entire store was spotless, bathrooms clean and vegetables were fresh. You can see the pride she takes in the cleanliness of the store. You should be proud to have her working for you. This is the first subway ive been to in months that was clean with fresh toppings. The other stores I have been to have been disgusting to the point I have walked out without ordering. I will be back at this...
