Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hamilton

I am standing outside your fast food hut. Right now. You don't get the decency of being called a restaurant. This is my favorite food in the world. But I will never be back to this location. Since the renovation and redevelopment of this location their POS systems are POS. My mother and I both tried to order on separate systems. They charged her twice for her meal then has the audacity to say she didn't have enough money in her account. Then the guy demanded and grabbed her phone to check her bank account. Which is where he saw that it had been charged twice. He continued to demand we use the systems to be charged again, we denied putting our card into the pos, but he grabbed our card and swiped it again. He gave us a hard time about giving our money back for the first order. Then got distracted by Uber eats when we were trying to resolve a stolen money issue. Finally the guy gave us our money back for the first order. Then when they reput the order into their system it added extra money to the second order. Indifference with the order on the self serve screen We denied paying extra1$1.30. And he demanded I pay extra. When i said no, he denied my whole order and said i wouldnt be served while my money was sitting on the counter. This location puts a bad name out for taco bell. I will be finding a new taco joint to be eating at in hamilton. Your pos system need fixed and staff retrained on the system. Your staff needs to be retrained on customer service. And need to be retrained on how to speak English to customers and while speaking crude names in their language in the precence of customer. It's funny. Cuz I understood every word. im absolutely disgusted. And will be telling everyone not to come to this location. The other customers in the hut at the time where absolutely disgusted with the treatment. And the way they were ignoring the issues. And pushing the need to make the extra buck instead of...

TIME FOR AN UPDATE. NOV 23/2020. My wife and I went here tonight and ordered three beef burritos and two of the new beef nacho plates. We drove home, sat down to eat and found that we received three rice and bean burritos, neither of us could eat them, so we wrapped them back up and had the nachos. They were honestly excellent. After we ate, I called the store and spoke to a female manager. I started off by telling her how good the nachos were and then told her about the burrito mixup. She basically called me a liar and said if it had rice on it it had to have beef and jalapeno sauce. I had her on speaker and my wife could hear the total attitude she had with me. I was actually so taken back by her attitude, I was left speechless. Pretty bad to speak to a customer like this and leave such a bad feeling in my head over the lack of customer service.

(My original review: The food is excellent here now. I stopped going for years but returned about 2 months ago and have visited 3 times now. Each time the food has been super fresh and well portioned. Ran into a little problem today with a couple of missed items on our order and called the store. Spoke to a gentlemen named Austin and he was very professional and helped sort out the missing items. If like me, you stopped coming here a while ago, give them another shot, you might be surprised. I got off work and was craving taco bell! (11pm) i headed over to the queenston location. pulled up to the speaker, asked for combo number three (two soft tacos and frie supreme) he told me there was no beef and that i would have to wait 30 mins for it.. i was very upset, he said i could switch it out for steak or chicken so i said steak is fine in the tacos but not the supreme. ( they charged me full price for the meal ) their were two people working, service was very fast i cannot lie, it has gotten so much better then what it use to be! the guy that took my order was so sweet and made sure i had sauce and my drink before i left. i got home and my tacos were not even full it was like i was eating just the pita and my fry supreme barley had any cheese sour cream and tomatoes. i am not sure why but i was not filled at all, they gave me so little for the price i paid... 13$ very diasapointed. i would choose another location for taco bell but this is the only one closes to me. next time i’m hoping for better quality. other wise...
