Awful Tim Hortons. Worst customer service ever! I highly DO NOT recommend this Tims. I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons ever since but have been realizing that they are such terrible people to nice customers. All of my friends who are mostly regular customers even agree on how poorly mannered these employees are.. they should know better and have respect and patience for people who simply are just asking politely what they do not know. Rude and disrespectful. Sorry to name, names but one of your manager (supervisor) named Chantel treats her customers terribly. She should not be qualified for a supervisor, especially with that terrible service. It’s ashamed and because of your lack of employees respect, you lose a lot of customers. I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 3 years and ever since you’ve hired/upgraded these low mannered “woman” they’ve done nothing but make your customers complain. Read moreNot sure if the Employee who took my order was the same with whom I made my purchase and transaction. Either way, the Overall Service was Great. Employee working was patient ,friendly all included with a kind smile.
The *Location was open for customers, however I wasn't able to enter(walk-in )the location , presumably because it was later in the evening hours.
The *Drive thru service remained open and accessible, mind you the *Entrance is found at opposite end of the drive thru *Exit and actual store. But not difficult to locate.

-*Small Chocolate Creamy Chills were unfortunately not available as an option. If I recall correctly that particular location doesn't offer that item as a selection.
-Availible and purchased instead a few *Large Chocolate Milk drinks.
-*Small portions of the milk were not available.
-Not all desired *Donuts were available at that time. Again, presumably given the late hour and perhaps quantity of product(s) may be limited given the limited space and size of the store.

Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable experience—again. I visited this Tim Hortons on May 8th, 2025, at 11:15 a.m., and ordered a large iced coffee with less ice, vanilla syrup, and espresso foam. Despite specifically requesting less than half the usual amount of ice, the cup was packed with it. That’s the opposite of what I asked for.
Worse, they completely skipped the vanilla syrup—yet still charged me for it. What kind of service is that? If you're charging for an add-on, the least you can do is include it. It felt rushed and careless, as if the order didn’t matter at all. There was no base, no syrup—just a sloppy, thoughtless drink that I couldn’t even drink.
This isn’t a one-time issue either. Time and time again, this location misses items in my food orders, messes up drinks, and seems indifferent to customer satisfaction. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a brand like Tim Hortons. I never expected such consistently poor service just trying to get a simple coffee.
