Don't get me wrong, these guys make one of the better pizzas in town. But some of their staff, in fact the uncle who makes pizzas late in the night is so rude. I came to the store around 20-25 days ago, I ordered a cheese pizza and it had been around 15 minutes since I ordered it. I casually walked to the desk, asking the employee on how long it would take, only to realize the rude uncle hadn't even made it. This man(uncle) came from the back yelling at me, telling me that its only been 15 minutes and he had other orders to make. I get it, if the stores busy but this man humiliated me in front of other employees. Later he asks me to take my money back. I mean uncle SAM, I was just enquiring from your other employee about my order and not you in first place. Secondly who asks, their customers to take your money back. I never insisted for a refund, even though the order woulda been somewhat late, I would've still taken it. But just cuz he insulted me I had to get my money back. So for y'all if you're too hungry DO NOT stop at this place late in the night and also if you dont wanna get insulted by the ill tempered man. Read moreI have been ordering pizza from this location for over a year now. So as i did order a vegetarian pizza today, and just to let you all know in my religion we don’t eat pork or beef. And today I found pepperoni in my pizza which is ridiculous, I don’t know how can some one put pepperoni as a topping when it clearly says on the order only veggies. And therefore I decided to complaint about this incident to the pizza pizza. And what they told me was so unfair. They offered to give me a replacement for this foolishness of them. But i said I don’t want a replacement because what you did is hurtful to me and my religion. A mere replacement of the item won’t going to undo what you guys did. So i just asked him is this how you treat your loyal customers? And there i got my asnwer he(manager) said there’s nothing much i can do on my end rather then providing you a store credit or 50% credit on you next order. Read moreWhen ordering sometimes they would swap our Creamy Dill we ordered and accidentally give us Cheddar Jalapeno, but we didn't mind. We didn't bother calling them over it since we still got what we paid for, just incorrect dips. The past two times we ordered we had the same driver who gave us 1 of Peppercorn and 1 of Creamy when we ordered two of each. This time we ordered 2 Peppercorn, 2 Creamy and 2 Cheddar Jalapeno and he gave us one of each and a Coke extra from the pop we ordered. We called to let them know we got an extra pop, but only one of each of our dips. After hanging up we received a call saying they checked the camera and think we were given two dips in the bag, and asked us to check the boxes/bag which we already had, we even ripped the bag open to check again. The lady who called the second time was very rude, terrible customer service skills.
