I have went to this Tim Hortons numerous of times. I usually have came a bit later in the evening, about 8-9pm. They always closed the main entrance to order and made the passenger-side driver thru the way to order if your not going though drive-thru.
But this evening was a bit different, we had waited by the window because that's what they had always made us do, to take our order. And the lady who was working had watched us and pointed to the door.
We went in and a bit confused how we wasn't served by the window and she said "Oh, we close doors at 9:30pm." We had ordered 4 drinks. Apple juice, a small Earl Grey tea, a regular and a medium steep tea. She had made the order, and have us our drinks in 5 minutes.
That was good timing. When we went home I had seen that the medium steep tea wasn't a tea at all, instead a medium double-double. I'm not sure if she had made the order wrong or maybe she "heard" something wrong.
But I generally think they should be more attentive because a medium double-double is quite different from a steep tea. But it is what it is, just a reminder to always check is your order is correct because getting the wrong item could be very likely.
Though it is quiet and not much customers...
Read moreI didn't want to have to post this, but, this is the 5th time in a 2 month period. This location is pretty good during the day, but the over night shift needs A LOT of work. I start work at 5am. When I have to grab coffee for the bosses, I wake up at 4:10, place a mobile order, so it's ready for me to grab as soon as I get there for 4:30 to pick it up and head in to work. The last 2 months, I'll make my mobile order at 4:10, and be down there to pick it up at 4:30...wait for 10 minutes just to be served as I am on foot and don't drive, just to find out my order hasn't even been made, and then taking 5 to 7 minutes to literally make 2 large double double coffees. Which has led to me having Ubers drop my call because of waiting, and when my girlfriend drives me in has caused me to be late for work. Today was no exception. It's the last time I am going to come to this location regardless. There is no reason That when I place a mobile order at 4:10am that it shield not be ready for me to pick up when I arrive between 4:25 and 4:30. Let alone take me 10 to 15 minutes to even get served. This location used to be so great and convenient, and now I just can't justify spending my money...
Read morethe largest issue that befalls this location is that the entire system and workflow begins to collapse due to new recruits.
the food quality is heavily hit or miss, pastries are usually stale which can't be helped but it's rare to purchase one and have it be fresh.
breakfast food items seem to be mildly burnt about one in every three items, but is still generally good.
the space in the store is very cramped, and the location isn't wheelchair friendly whatsoever, and the door button on the inside of the store has been broken for months.
the store does have a lot of nice and kind employees, and customer service is always good.
my regular order is very consistently good quality, if your order is simple you'll likely rarely have issues at this location.
overall it's an average tim hortons, a lot more chaotic than a lot of other locations, but that can't be helped at all with the volume of business at this location.
when you take into account the sheer amount of constant traffic at this tims, 90 percent of the location's issues are pretty...
