Ok so first off if you are concerned about mask wearing, there’s a few employees who just don’t get the process by now which after this long into a worldwide pandemic, you’d think they’d understand (over mouth and nose) especially since you’re over my sub. And reading other reviews they obviously are making improper mask wearing a habit for some. Secondly the app discounts weren’t working as they should. So I asked GARY the store manager to help. He was more preoccupied with his cell phone than to help me or his employee figure out the issue. Absolutely brutal customer experience. He told me the (scan at register) coupon could only be used online. So I went online and it wouldn’t work there either even though it was clearly stating otherwise. I never processed the transaction yet I now had a receipt with it charged to my credit card even though I did nothing authorize it. So asking GARY for help who by this time wasn’t wearing a mask at all, just stood there and refused to help his employee or me. NEVER AGAIN returning to this store and for the one great lady employee who tried her best to make it a more pleasant experience, I’m suggesting she finds a different location if possible to work at. Read moreHORRIBLE customer service. Placed an order through Uber eats at 922pm. Order arrived by 935. After receiving and opening the order .. my sub had NONE of the extras that I paid for no extra meat,no extra bacon and no sauce. ALL of which was added into the final cost. Which was 20$! Called the store to tell them they messed it up. The woman or girl who answered had nothing to say other than “if you come here” no I ordered it on Uber eats for a reason. then she proceeded to HANG UP. Called back and another person answered, proceeded to ask me who made the sub. Obviously I do not know as I was not there. i asked why I was hung up on and I was told “yeah there was a customer” Excuse me? Then I was told that if you got the sub you know who made it .. and again I had to say I ordered it on Uber eats. THEN he proceeded to tell me “then it’s an Uber eats problem” YOU MADE THE SUB.

Read moreI’ve had a garbage experience at this place almost every time for years, and avoid it like the plague. However I was lazy and this is close to home, so I caved. I went to try the new rice bowl this Sunday afternoon, and onions were put in before I could say anything. I tell her that I can’t eat onions, and she attempts to just remove them. I then repeat multiple times that I can’t have onions and she BLATANTLY ignores me to the point where I’m like “you can continue ignoring me but I’m not paying for that rice bowl unless it’s restarted.” This is the part that’s the actual issue: She literally proceeds to dump my rice bowl of lettuce, onions, and green pepper, all into the lettuce container FOR CUSTOMERS. I know multiple people with green pepper allergies. If you have allergies, I HIGHLY recommend just going to a different subway, as this one has no respect for their customers well being...
