I had an absolute terrible experience at this location. They are very rude and non-understanding and do not treat people with disabilities as equals and do not want to accept them at all. My wife is almost death and I am an artistic person. I ordered a large chilli and wanted an extra bun. I was told it comes with a half button and I told them I wanted an orange pekoe tea black. She asked me what I wanted in it I said just black and I ordered a large chilli and wanted an extra bun. I was told it comes with a half bun so I wanted to buy an extra full bun and I told her that I wanted an orange pekoe tea black she asked me what I wanted in my tea black I said, I said nothing turned to my lovely wife and asked her what she would like to drink. She said the same so I turned to the lady and said I would like another orange pekoe black tea, she asked me “would you like both of them? I said they just gonna be both black, then my wife ordered a sandwich combo with a donut when I asked her the lady working behind the desk. Does the combo come with is very rude not wanting to answer me, very impatient really nice major attitude of discuss she immediately started talking to me Very rudely. Come to everything. OK OK I paid with a gift card Tim Hortons And when we got her order it was missing a T and half pan because my chilli came with a half gallon. I purchased another bunny. She told me laughing and giggling that too half buns equals a full bun. What!! but I ordered an extra bun, now I know it came with a half bun, she told me, basically too bad there’s a bun missing too bad you have to buy another one, so I purchased another one your team needs to be trained. This is terrible how you treat people just because we’re a little bit different, just because I act differently I understand everything literally, I process a little slower I am not a Nuro typical person. I am a typical autistic person just cause I’m helping my wife to try to understand the menu because your music is so loud and the lady is so rude to us because we are neurotypicals different. Read moreAVOID!!!! A zero would be too high of a rating for this place! If you’re a healthcare worker on a late shift, avoid this place at all costs! An order was placed on the app, 35 mins prior to their closing time. I received a text message notifying me that since they were closing soon, they wouldn’t be able to prepare a flatbread cheese pizza, I was offered a sandwich instead. I communicated back to the person who had texted me, he chose to ghost me instead.
Yet The app continued updating the delivery time. I wasted my break not knowing if there was still a driver arriving with an alternative order. I’ve lived in a smaller town (Saskatchewan) with three Tim Horton’s locations, and have always received excellent service.
I’m not sure who’s managing this Portia Dr location, either this person is an inexperienced franchisee or an absentee one.
As someone who used to manage a QSR franchise (Not Tim’s) many years ago, we’d go above and beyond for our customers without hesitation.

I opened my coffee on my drive when it cooled a little….it was black no sugar. I took it back that night and stood in an empty store for over five minutes while the three staff were talking and laughing totally ignoring me, I ended up having to bang the counter several times to get attention. The staff eventually said “we can’t do nothing you have to see the manager “ I asked them to get him, they said “ he will be here tomorrow “, I walked out disgusted. I tried them again last Thursday, asked for my double double, again opening it when traffic had calmed and the coffee had cooled….it was the most bitter fowl tasting coffee I have ever had.
