The absolutely worst experience of a drive thru. I requested a bacon cheese dog, very light on the mustard and relish. And frings a medium black coffee, the hot dog was dripping mustard and relish. More garnish than entree, and it was stone cold, the frings were luke warm, the lid was improperly fitted on the cup and spilled all down my shirt. The only thing that was hot! The only drive thru of this chain where I have had multiple issues, will avoid in future! Today Monday May 20th 2024 once again we decided to try Harvey's aspect of this restaurant although my wife decided to order Spring rolls for 8.99 that stated it served three! That would mean each would receive 1&1/3 she had to wait and it was brought to our table cold, I ordered a coffee , I was informed they don't serve coffee beyond breakfast, I resent having having to order their very watered down version of anything!!! Tonight, placed order for pickup, stated would be ready at 7:30 for curbside, clicked "arrived" at 7:25. At 7:45, as I was helping my son out of the car and putting his mask on, our food is brought out to us with apologies and coupons. When I got home, there were no sauces in the meals (had ordered 2 can dine deluxe) and neither was the extra 12 oz sauce I had paid for... Always check your order before leaving. We get family packs through the drive thru and I cannot remember the last time we received our full order...every single time there is something missing (no wings in the chicken and wings family pack, only two sides in the family pack, no chalet sauce, etc.). Read moreMy husband and I ordered a curbside take-out last week. My husband pulled into the parking lot and notified the app that he was there and spot number. He waited 15 minutes, then went into the store. The counter attendant spat at him, "I called that order 15 minutes ago!" My husband said that it was a curbside, and that the food was now cold. The counter attendant yelled, "it's not cold!" My husband was mortified and left with the food. The hot food was cold, my salad was wilted, the dressing was hot in the packet. AND the meal cost $52 with tax and a tip. Too expensive for horrible service and cold food. We will not be Swissing anytime soon. This used to be a really good sit down or take-out restaurant, but the quality has been declining for many years. And this was just the last meal at the Swiss. Too bad, it was a great Canadian company...
