10 Buck Pizza Ingersoll — Restaurant in Ingersoll

EDIT (AGAIN) I get it, it's tough with rising costs and the cost of employees... One thing that shouldn't change, is the quality of the food. Unfortunately here at 10 buck Pizza Ingersoll, the quality has gone downhill. Prices go up quantity and quality go down with this place.. they advertise "best wings in town".. at one time I would agree with that. They are constantly switching suppliers and products. They have no qualms about going to a subpar product, charging us the same and thinking we won't notice.. the wings is what kept lots of Us coming back, the pizza is "sometimes" edible but certainly not worth ordering pizza on the "sometimes". P.S .. I take no pleasure in writing this review.. I'm just tired of ordering wings sometimes I get 6, another time I get eight.. hell, one time I got 11!! And I weigh the package each and every single time I receive it!!

*EDIT NEW OWNERS!!! they switched from 'Rico' to 'flanigan'.. although the wings are "OK".. it's not what it used to be. I was very disturbed when i walked into 10 buck pizza on bell Street in Ingersoll seeing that the owner who was preparing the food had no Mask on and his wife had hers half down .when I asked why the man who's was cooking the food was not wearing a mask she right away got very rude and slammed the debit machine on the counter and asked me if we were going to have a problem here I responded with why are you being so rude to me .I'm a paying customer and would like to know why the man/owner is not wearing his mask while preparing everyones food.he replied with that's my wife so I don't have to wear 1..so I left and when i was half way across the parking lot the wife came outside and threatened me saying we have your phone number lol I don't know what that was supposed mean but totally unprofessional.I feel bad for the ppl who order take out and don't see that the ppl making the food are not wearing masks and if there not followingthat simple rule then are they sanitizing.?? Then as I was trying to leave he stated that he doesn't breath on the food he holds his breath. We had a very unfortunate experience this past week as we like the pizza and the wings but cannot support a business who is not willing to admit a mistake or to ensure their customer is happy. We mentioned we would pay cash on delivery for our order so when I asked the price and you said a price I took that as the price for the order and had the cash with a tip ready for when it arrived. Over one hour later, our pizza and wings finally showed up and I was told a completely different price (almost $20 higher). I then asked the delivery person to call the manager only for him to come back and say no the higher price is what it is. No apology for an error, no apology for how long it took to arrive.
