The hot and ready pizza is never hot and ready. A few times I have gone into the store and waited over five minutes and no one takes my order, last time I even rang the bell they placed on the counter, no one showed, I walked out....the pizza portal machine holds the pizza but you still have to get the employee to get you the dip and pop, what is the point of the pizza portal machine? The machine uses energy and needs to be cleaned which costs money, which increases the cost of the product. Why have two machines to hold pizza and keep them warm? Recently moved to Ingersoll from Tillsonburg. I always remembered little caesars crust being hard as card board at the Tillsonburg location. Since this is a chain, I thought it was the same everywhere, but I was wrong. Im not sure if Little Caesars has changed its recipe a few years back but from recently trying it, it is the best pizza in Ingersoll.
