Great place for softserve with delicious hot food They usually have good service for the most part too. Recently though I purchased a few combos for the family and all three of the included sundaes were soft and soupy by the time I got home. I want point out that it has been a cold April and I only live two minutes away from Dairy Queen so it wasn't due to sitting in a warm car. Thankfully once I got home I was able to put them in the freezer other wise they would have been worse by the time we finished our meal. I hate to criticize the store as everything else was good but considering I wasn't in a rush it would have been nice to have been served fresh ice cream. When walking up to the get the food after initially making the order and then waiting with my dog in the car to kill some time, I noticed the sundaes were already in the tray waiting with the pop. I then waitied another few minutes until the order was ready so I don't know how long they had been sitting there total but they definitely could have been fresher. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !!!
Ordered 2 small sundaes.
Got to the take out window, paid for our food.
Female server had NO MASK ! NO VINYL GLOVES ! SPOONS WERE HANDED TO US WITH THE SPOON BOWLS IN HER HAND, STILL WITH NO GLOVES !!
BOTH SUNDAES, SPOONS, EVERYTHING WENT STRAIGHT IN THE GARBAGE !!
Suggested to Southwestern Health that this establishment be CLOSED until Health Protocols can be investigated very closely.

Trying to rip people off !!! Been coming here maybe twice a week for the past couple of months. Usually order 2 Small Sundaes, which have been on the Special menu for a long time, at 2 for $5.00 + tax. For the past 3 visits, the drive thru operator has rung the order up at full price and had to be reminded about the 2 for $5.00 menu. I ordered 4 blizzards and a banana split the people who ordered after me got their order it looked awesome when the staff tried to give us their order so I waited a little longer finally the staff brought my order to the window they flipped 1 of the blizzards so fast and then offered napkins my car was parked not even 15 feet from the windows the time I got to the car the entire order was melted and leaking all over when I got home I called this location and asked to speak with a manager the person who answered said they were the manager when I told her the issue she was snotty saying we just changed the ice cream bags (which come in liquid form ) the girls at the counter told you that I replied no they didn't say anything about it she said I could bring them back and they would replace them I live across town and it would be inconvenient to drive all the way back for what more liquid ice cream I think the service...
