Absolutely horrible service. I am a very frequent customer. They always screw up my order. At least every one out of five orders. I went in Friday and they forgot the egg in my wrap, I had to go back in after waiting forever in the drive through to order it. The straw that broke the camels back was today Sunday, October 24 @ 4:08 and I will now NEVER GO BACK. The guy who was taking orders in Drive through can’t even listen to me and had no clue on the menu. They always use the excuse that they can’t hear through the speakers. Then after taking my order said they no longer serve breakfast during the day (but it’s on the menu board - it was a wrap with hash brown) and said they have no steeped tea. That was my whole order!! I order that every day I come in. And anytime I deviate they always say they don’t have it. Some of the people working there are good people and they should be paid more to keep them, but if your gonna hire new people that have absolutely no idea what they are doing then you need to seriously look at your training as well as how you run a restaurant. I know there is one owner for the Ingersol and woodstock locations. This is directed to you…get your franchises in order. I will no longer be a customer at any of...
Read moreI recently visited the Tim Hortons in our small town, and I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the facility. Despite it being early in the morning and not particularly busy, the store was already in a very dirty state.
The counters were filthy, with food smears and a clear build-up of grime that looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. Even worse, the bathroom smelled awful and was in such poor condition that I couldn't bring myself to use it—I had to turn around and leave.
It’s truly disheartening to see a local business, especially a well-loved brand like Tim Hortons, in such an unacceptable state. Cleanliness should be a basic priority. Please take more pride in maintaining this location and ensure that both customers and staff have a clean, safe environment.
Sincerely, A concerned customer who cannot support this business in its...
Read moreLast week or so I went with my kids, as we were ordering inside there were a lot of Flys inside where they have the donuts displayed. I pointed out a big fly glued to the sugar glaze on an apple fritter donut. I was grossed out by it and she looked at me like I was weird. She acted like she can't see it when I pointed at it. Then she flicked it off and left the donut on the tray to sell to some poor customer that has no clue. She obviously should have thrown that donut out! But instead she said " well there's nothing we can do. We can't spray pesticides on our food." I said "yeah but you can use a screen to protect the food. Instead of an open display." How brain dead does someone have to be to work there? Gross! Never again. Oh and fix the ripped up seating it looks so ghetto. Or just shut this place down. Do us a favor! Always a gross...
