On the evening of April 18, 2025, at around 10:00 PM, I visited this establishment to pick up an order. What I experienced was nothing short of appalling. The staff member on duty, who wore no name tag, greeted me with neither a hello nor a shred of respect. Instead, with a dismissive and outright rude tone, she barked, “You have to wait.” When I calmly mentioned that she hadn’t even asked for my order number yet, intending to show it on my phone, she snapped, “Are you trying to argue with me? I said wait! If you don’t like it, cancel your order and go somewhere else!” Shocked, I pointed out that while she might be tired, there was no excuse for such behavior. Her response? She stormed to the tablet, muttering about canceling my order with an aggressive attitude. I waited silently for 20 minutes, eventually receiving my order, but the experience left me stunned. Fortunately, I noticed a camera above the order monitor, which I’m sure captured the entire interaction for management to review. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such behavior here. A similar incident happened before, and though I initially left a review, I removed it after management reached out. This time, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. It seems that unless you’re a frequent customer who tips generously, you’re not guaranteed basic respect. While some staff members are genuinely kind, encounters like this suggest a serious lack of professionalism that tarnishes the brand’s reputation. I hope management takes these issues seriously, as no one should feel belittled while simply trying to pick up an order. Potential customers deserve to know they might face such unprofessional,...
Read moreMan. We went for our anniversary breakfast today. First off. Our server was sweet and attentive, Lena. She is the only reason we gave any stars. However, the manager Remya and the kitchen are terrible. Really poor customer management. We ordered the Santa fe Skillet. My wife had this recently at another Dennys. It was great. Here, there was little to no vegetables. The entire dish was based off of peppers onions and mushrooms. When presented to us by the manager, we showed her the veggies were missing. She looked at the plate and explained it was portioned. We pulled out one piece of mushroom, a very small peice of pepper, and one slice of onion. We had to dig in front of the manager to show her. We stated that if she can not see it unless we dig , it's not portioned right. She explained it's never going to look like the picture. We tried to be nice. We explained that she should not be arguing about the food but to fix it simply by adding the vegetables. She said it was portioned right, and we explained we have had this recently at another Dennys. She continued to make excuses for the food. We asked her to take it away. They took this off the bill. Our server apologized many times to us. Keep her. She made the situation easier. Anniversary breakfast ruined! Probably never to come back here again. The kitchen does not understand either. I guess it's hard to get good...
Read moreFor the last 4 times we have went I felt terrible for the wait staff. Our last meal a few days ago. I felt terrible for our waiter who was absolutely amazing.. he has a great energy and tries very hard to go the extra mile for his tables. The manager on that evening tho... well unprofessional is the ONLY word that comes to mind. Instead of handling small complaints as constructive criticism, he makes it seem as if his customers are at fault for the wrong doing in his cooking staff. We ordered a burger a skillet club sandwich and a lumberjack slam.. the slam the only thing edible was the toast. Pancakes had dough in the middle uncooked the hashbrowns were shredded and burnt and mush in the middle. The eggs were SUPPOSED to be over easy but 1 had no yok at all.. the other was mainly hard yok. The ham was WAY over done. The bacon was so over done it bordered on assault trying to eat it as it was so very crunchy and hard. The fries for both the burger and club sandwich.. were so over done they were almost dark brown. There was deep fried lettuce in them too.. pretty sure your not supposed to do that.. the buns were super soggy. The skillet was over sauced and even after supposed discounts on the food which was choked down. It was still over 60 dollars. That manager was so rude and crass. It is definitely the last time I will...
