On June 1 at 8:48 PM I went to this location to order pizza they made my order all wrong I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to fix my order. They offered to give me some brownies for my troubles !!! Guess what they were burned ! I got home opened the boxes and it was still wrong. Even the cinnamon were wrong ... there was no cinnamon sugar on the top lol !!!!! I happened to have guests that nite. when I did call back the manager told me that he had taken the order from me and the order was all right. It was my mistake. He was so cocky about the whole situation that he had taken the order and it was right after they screwed up my order twice Lol. I called back that night I asked to speak to the manager on duty to let them know my order was wrong he expressed he was the manager!!!! and his attitude was so negative so I asked him to tell the owner to call me and he laughed and said “ sure “ it’s the 9th today I’ve yet to here from the owner . There was another fella waiting with me for almost an hour to get his order his wife was pregnant and they burnt his order or made it wrong. One of the employee was handling money and not washing his hands before he made pizza. I don’t think this place has very good standards, when it comes to hygiene nor matters for customer service. I s I spent over $150 yet hear from the owner. Get your employees to wash their hands after handling money FYI. That is absolutely disgusting. I thought it was a requirement to wash your hands after handling money ? Read moreThis has to be the worst pizza experience ever. I order a Pizza with no mushrooms I get delivered a Pizza loaded with mushrooms. I call the store and ask to speak to a Manager, TEN minutes later on hold I finally get Megan the on duty Manager, explain what happened and she offered to remake the pizza and give me a full refund (kool). So an hour later I finally get my right pizza! but no refund?(huh) The driver says he has no clue? I immediately call back and speak with Megan and she is flabbergasted the driver didn't give me my refund, Megan promises that she will send another driver back with my refund ASAP. 30 min later and still no refund so I call back and she says she now has to wait for the second driver who had the right pizza order to return before she can send this out (my refund). Ironically I live less than a minutes drive away. There seems to be a problem with staff or Megan itself. Don't over promise and under deliver! As a customer this was a terrible experience and its still going on. Its now been 45 minutes since I was promised a refund. 46 minutes......Now a message to the owner. if you are understaffed and asking too much out of Megan this review is on you. If you have enough staff tonight and then this review is on Megan. Me as customer there are too many choices and this is TWO terrible experiences in less than two weeks. Read moreI am really disappointed with the fact that your work hours are less than the other two stores since the other locations do not deliver to the same locations that Valleyview one does I believe if you guys are going to lessen your hours your other stores should take over your deliveries especially when they are only one exit away from Sun Rivers. Just wanted to say that I'm putting my 2 review at the moment it's the 1st of November 2018 and I just want to say that I'm pretty disappointed with the company for taking out the delivery distance to its westsyde Road especially when where are only like halfway on westsyde rd by the Chevron and now they do not do carry-out service after 11 p.m. on a Thursday night why would the company put restrictions like this when it was working completely fine before and I keeping your customers and your community happy therefore you receive a lot more orders in business I really think the head office needs to look into this and it should get dealt with immediately. PS This is Kamloops it only takes 20 minutes to get anywhere in this city with delivery times and all that I understand it may take up to 35 minutes but it doesn't take that long it's a very tight and small community and there's no necessity for such...
