McDonald's — Restaurant in Kamloops

I was attacked today by a Walmart security guard while I was eating a meal in your McDonald's ...I was told this Walmart property and I filmed it as was quite shocked that 7 management were also in on the arrack that occurred ..this was steaming from a 3.96 error on debit card transaction that had occurred earlier the morning . Again I had upwards of 8 Walmart staff accusing me of theft of approx 4 dollars while in McDonald's ...first off I'm generally in the store daily as I live near by and prefer to fresh ...secondly I was not in Walmart but attending the McDonald's at this time and stated to that there had been a problem with tap that day and I would fix this problem once I returned back and had my bankcard ...I showed the that I only a twoonie on me at that time and I was there have a ice cream ..instead Walmart staff went on to tell me that they had no choice but call the police ...I again stated I'm in Walmart ..I'm in McDonald's and if wish to call police please go ahead ..I will explain the situation to them in person ..this all happening while in line at McDonald's and trying to have a ice cream there ...more Walmart staff gathered as this is occuring ..i am quite shocked to level of behaviors by the Walmart staff on Louie dr in West Kelowna ...remember this was for a 3.06...error of a transaction via a tap issue in my debit card ..at this stage I waited for the police but they were not coming for such a frivolous allegation of 3 dollars ..I have included video footage of this harrassment and Walmart's disregard of McDonald's restaurant space ..I don't feel safe in either store now ..as there disregard for my time to enjoy my food at McDonald's ..please be aware of these people ...they...

9:25 pm on a Sunday your parking lot is virtually empty. Drive through lanes also empty. I pull up order my one drink item. I notice another car pulling behind me to start his order. I finish my order ( one item) then pull around to pay. For some reason I am being made to wait for the second person to finish their order before I can even pay. Admittedly I was on a bit of a time crunch but given the fact I was the first one to order and there were no other cars when I finished my order ( took me 30 seconds to order it) then why am I having to wait 8-10 min for the guy behind me to finish ordering before I can pay. Not mad at the staff I know you guys can get short handed and you may be understaffed. But it just boggles me that I’m having to wait for the guy behind me to finish what seemed his mega order. To the owner or corporate boss Pay your staff better and schedule more people so that people don’t get upset at your staff and management. Employees here are very kind. But today when i ordered coffee, it was super cold. I usually don't bother about coffee being cold. It happens sometimes in food restaurants. But when i informed the lady that coffee was cold, she told me she just had a fresh batch of coffee, she can microwave my cup if i want hot coffee. The question here is not about a coffee, but its about the worth of money a customer expects if they go to any restaurant. I am the least picky person when it comes to food. That felt bad when employees there don't trust when you are saying please give me hot coffee instead of cold one. Lady is at no fault. They work very hard everyday. In mcdonalds, i don't expect a 5 star food, but atleast hot temperature of food. Should not have been the one to put review here if it was my first time. It happened...
