Pizza Pi 314 — Restaurant in Kamloops

Absolutely disgusting customer service and hygiene. They made us wait 45 mins to pick up our order even though they said it will be ready in 25 mins on call. The employees do not wash their hands, and use the same hands they pick up calls with to create the pizza bare handed. When we got our order, they put the wrong ingredients on our pizza even though it was clearly mentioned on our receipt so we asked the employee and he said he’ll bring out the owner. We waited 8 mins for the owner to come and when he did he was yelling. He rudely asked us how he can help us and when we told him the situation he very disrespectfully said he can remake the pizza with another 20 min wait or give us a discount. We went with the discount since we’ve already waited nearly an hour at this point. The owner threw a $5 bill at us while leaving the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL....

Worst experience ever. Drove all day and was starving when I got to the hotel! Pizza Pi came recommend and what a JOKE!! $53 + tip and delivery fee $63.79 for a chicken ceaser salad that maybe had a 1/2oz of chicken, mushy fries, burnt wings that were supposed to be salt and pepper but because they were burnt you could not taste anything but burnt! When I called for a refund I was told we can't do that because the driver is too busy and no manager around. They then said possibly cash refund, but apparently the owner was called( after 30 min on the phone) and he said no refunds and its their policy basically. I've never seen such horrible hospitality industry treatment! TERRIBLE experience again and owner must be making bank on this side rip off hustle. Update: they only slightly redeemed themselves as the pizza they gave...

Took a chance while travelling though Kamloops on this Pizzeria. Unfortunately between the 9 of us, we were all disappointed. The order took an hour and a half and the pizzeria did not seem very interested with taking an order or delivering. We also had to provide land marks near the hotel as they had no idea how to deliver?

The pizza itself unfortunately was found to be bland, one pizza had little to no cheese and most were burnt on the bottom. Honestly the most flavourful item was the dipping sauce that came with the bread sticks.

Very frustrating as the reviews from years ago looked awesome including the pictures of the pizzas, which is not near what we received this time.

We should have listened to the last few reviews in the recent months. It's also expensive.
