I am not sure why my initial review was removed but I am posting again.

On May 8th I won an Instagram giveaway that was a collaboration between this business and another. I was super excited to win something on Instagram for the first time. I was contacted by the other business right away, but did not hear from this one. I was told she was busy with a new home construction and would contact me ASAP.

After 2 weeks with no contact, I decided to reach out myself. At this time she admitted that there was a miscommunication between her and the other giveaway partner - this contest was intended for local customers only (I am in Alberta), and they had not included that in the instructions. She was made aware of my location and I was told she was working on a solution to provide the prize items to me.

She suggested that shipping was very expensive so I offered to pay for it, but I did not get a response.

On May 26th, I still had not heard back, so I followed up. Morgan responded right away to tell me that her DMs are so busy that they get lost. I once again offered to pay for the shipping, which she declined and advised she would send the items to my address.

I still have not received anything as of today’s date. I ship items to friends & family in Kamloops often so I am aware of the reasonable shipping times. Sadly, I think it is safe to assume that she has no intention of following through with the delivery of this giveaway as it has been almost 2 months.

I understand she is a one-woman-show, but this is disheartening and unreasonable. I find the whole experience completely lacking in professionalism and accountability. I will not be supporting this business or their partners after this...
