I go there later at nite after leaving MY work station & it's approaching 9:50pm so am hoping to avoid the ridiculous lineup & I'm thinking that I did 🥳 when I arrive seeing the DRIVE THRU SIGN IS STILL ON & pull right up to the ordering speaker behind someone just served.
1st - I just get fully ignored, I saw the staff member look 😶😒👀 right at me thru the little window ... "hello ... "
"We're closed" I get abruptly TOLD - but I'm still expecting the 10 pm closing time to be honored & SAY so. "We're short staffed" is what I'm told. Yah right 🙄
2nd - ... this is the 2nd time yer closed EARLY in 2 weeks. Change your operating hours if you're short staffed ... or at very least - TURN OFF the "DRIVE THRU OPEN" sign EARLIER than the posted time ... !!! 😠
LASTLY ---- I'm forced to pay for chicken that I don't want or get in my delicious but overpriced 🥗🥑 salad, that 🐔 comes with the other items ordered. OH ... This obviously happens when the OPEN SIGN is ACTUALLY true.
WASTED MY MONEY 💸 & MY TIME ⌛⏱, TWICE ... not gonna happen again.

Read moreI usually prefer good customer service from here, but I'm tired of missing things in my meal and having to watchdog the content of my order. This morning I even checked for the extra bacon I ordered, it was there, but down the road I discovered that no syrup was in the bag, and they did not ask if I needed ketchup. I can get along without ketchup but the whole point of French toast and chicken was to eat it with syrup. I also asked for fresh taters and didn't get that either. Didn't seem like the usual staff was at the window or cooking today, so now it's triple check my order before leaving and I'll gladly hold up the line to do it. Despite the "get a free sandwich" offer on the receipt, neither scan nor manual entry of any web address has ever worked. Impossible to take the survey. Pretty third rate for the Wendy's food chain. It was fun while it lasted but I'm back to not going to...
Read moreI am finding my experiences at wendy's for quality and customer service is getting horrible. The language barrier is getting so bad at all the wendy's in kamloops. They fint bother reading back your order anymore it seems. We went through the drive through last night and placed our order and had to repeat myself twice and them when we got home noticed that I was missing a couple of items that I thought I ordered but she didn't hear me or understand when I was ordering. I ordered the bacon portabella burger and what is with that . Four bites and it's gone, hardly any bacon and mushrooms. I really hope those were mushrooms. What a waste of money for a burger that in my opinion is worth maybe a couple of bucks . At least Burger King and dairy queen you actually get your monies worth. So...
