We have ordered from here multiple times and multiple times we have had terrible experiences, so officially- we are done with this location and will just do pickup at a different location. Multiple times they have been very late- about an hour past the time they estimated it would be delivered. This last time we ordered and it, we ordered at 4:52pm. We got an email saying it would be delivered between 5:45 and 5:57pm. This was on a Thursday. By 6pm, the website said it was delivered but it was not, so I called. The lady said it actually hadn’t left the store and would be there between 5-8 minutes. By 6:25… still no pizza. I call again. Turns out they delivered it to the wrong house. The lady offers me to remake the pizza OR get a refund. I told her that this customer service was awful and any decent business would deliver the pizza and refund me. She again apologized but said it was either or. Hungry and feeding friends that came over, I said I’ll just take the pizza but they would receive a bad review from me. It was only then she said she could honour me a refund while sending me a fresh pizza. By 7:15pm I believe, we got our pizza. What an ordeal!! No more from this location! At least the pizza was good and no disappointment there. I only gave 2 stars because she said she’d honour the refund and the pizza...
Read moreVisited this location for a Donation request on behalf of the Southwest Edmonton Soccer Association. I was speaking with the employee at the counter, who then passed the letter to a man in an office (who was not visible) they spoke for a brief moment, then was passed back the letter and was told that Corporate does all donation requests.
Directly from the Pizza Hut website "How can I request a donation/sponsorship from Pizza Hut? As we are a franchise business, all donations and sponsorships are handled directly through our local restaurants. We encourage you to prepare your request in writing and take it with you to your nearest restaurant. By visiting during a non-peak service time, you will increase the opportunity that a Manager will be able to personally meet with you to discuss your interests. They will then gladly share your request with the Franchise Owner who will contact you if they are able to assist you with your request."
I will not be supporting a local business/franchises who a) lack business ethics, b) has their employees lie rather than having the balls to come out and speak directly to customers and c) does not support local...
Read moreHorrible experience. So many problems don't even know where to begin. I got melts with only veggies, when I went home one of the melts had BACON and chicken in it. As someone that cannot eat bacon this was so disgusting. I called the place for a refund and the women on the phone apologized and said HQ will transfer me my money back into my card in 2 days (it has been over a week now still no money). On the third day I went into the store and asked for a refund in person and explained the whole situation to the guy there. He looked through the system trying to find my order and he couldn't find it. The women that day probably deleted it, so unethical and unprofessional. But the guy was nice because he gave me a new melt, I appreciated that. Funny thing though, the day I ordered the melts two coworkers were arguing pretty loudly with each other, whole places...
