Extremely disappointed in Godfathers pizza in the Bobcaygeon location. Throughout the summer my family and I have enjoyed Godfathers pizza for their quality and service. However after Saturday Sept.24th 2016 we will never eat from there again. We ordered for delivery at 8pm (which is approx 6 mins away from their location). We were quoted 30 mins we waited and waited by 8:40 I called and was told our order was on its way. Thinking it would be here within 10mins from then. By 9 I called twice more and was put on hold for over 6 mins. Our order didn't arrive until 9:13pm. Our delivery lady an middle aged short blonde haired woman greeted us with hostility and attitude from the get go. We asked what took so long (as literally the next thing out of her mouth was going to determine whether she got a tip!) Her response was horrendous!! she responded by rudely explaining she had to go from location to location to deliver pizza (yeah thats the nature of your job) then berated us that we should come to expect that kind of wait when ordering pizza in the country. When I pointed out that we had ordered for delivery from there all summer long and it had never been longer than 15mins. She then claimed that we were in a trailer park so what else should we expect ( we were waiting at the front gate for her its not like she was looking for a site number that would of delayed service) When I finally got fed up I commented that it would of been more appropriate if thats how long it was going to take that I be properly quoted on the time it would of taken as I would of opted to go pick it up instead of waiting so long. I then informed her not to worry I wont be bothering ordering for delivery ever again if this was the service I was gonna be greeted with. She then proceed to yell at us slamming her car door in an aggressive manner and then informed us she was denying our order to us. (That we waited OVER AN HOUR FOR!!!) She denied us an $40 order based on the fact she was asked what took so long. Instead of offering customer service she denied 6 children and 4 adults their dinner for the evening. She completely ruined our evening and our special memory of the day. I called the store and when asked for the manger was told I was talking to an supervisor as the manager wasn't in. I told them what happened and was promised Id receive an call back. I didn't !!!
