Ordered two orders of fish and chips,with coleslaw on the side, got the fish and the coleslaw.......BUT NO CHIPS! How do you send out orders of fish and chips.....WITH NO CHIPS !!!!! Very disappointed, after a long drive out from the cottage for a special birthday dinner . The pieces of fish were small, the store bought coleslaw dressing was drowning what could have been an almost good sidedish. Needless to say it was very overpriced and I'm still hungry.... when I called back to find out where the chips were...I was told they were extra....the server taking orders on the phone clearly has no clue or grasp of the menu, having explained the order twice and it was still wrong. Update. Received a call back from the owner, who apologized and is going to rectify the situation. We are going to definitely give them a second chance due to excellent customer service provided by the owner.
