Plain and simple, this is not a good restaurant. There are far superior restaurants on the main strip that I rather spend my money at, with attentive/ caring staff and a better quality menu.
First, the service: It was a very unenjoyable experience start to finish. It took 20 minutes before the server came to our table to get our drink order. We then ordered our appetizers and mains, and specifically reminded the waitress we wanted the appetizers BEFORE the mains. After waiting 30 mins, our appetizers and mains all arrived on the table at the same time. We were quite disappointed, and to make matters worse, there were items forgotten and incorrect orders food items given. Our waitress also never gave us cutlery or side plates; so we had to find her in the restaurant and ask her because we were just sitting and waiting. Also throughout the meal, the waitress never came to check in on us, take drink orders, etc. we were just abandoned until we were done eating.
Food: the food was decent. There are 150 wing flavours but the menu just has names of flavours written down with no explanation. Our waitress told us there was a book that explains what all the flavours are but never offered to bring it to us so we all ordered and hoped for the best. As I mentioned above, when the food did eventually arrive, they forgot a main and they also gave one of us the wrong item.
Overall, we were very disappointed. The management should be embarrassed by the chaotic and unprofessional service they provide customers. We discussed with a couple of tables around us and we all agreed that we were receiving the same level of poor service. It’s too bad, Bobcaygeon brings in so many tourists each year, it’s unfortunate that some people (like us) may have their experience tainted by this subpar establishment.

Firstly the wings are only okay. Usually on the smaller side and flavor is only okay. Service is very poor. I ordered 30 wings (for 2 people) with the sauce on the side and got one small sauce cup- not enough for 10 wings. Waited well over 20 mins for my food to be ready even though I called ahead and ordered for pickup. Next time I went - I specifically asked for two sauces at pickup knowing that we got shorted the first time- I waited over 10 minutes for them to make a little container of sauce, because employees went outside to smoke and was left standing there with no help, and the men in the back of the kitchen just kept looking out the back door at me with dirty looks. On that order I also asked for carrots/celery which I was charged 5$ for to get 3 pieces of each and no dip for them 😅.
So third time ordering - just got some wings, very specifically said on the phone I wanted two sauces. Got in to the restaurant - my order was ready at the counter and there was a person there ready to help! What an improvement I thought! I asked if there was extra sauce as requested - I got told there was a HUGE sauce in there with hand gestures suggesting something about 3 inches across the top and a couple inches deep- I thought "wow! They have really changed their game!" LOL jokes on me. It was the same size container you would usually get. We didn't have enough sauce for our wings and had to eat half of them dry.
What I have learned is that this business has poor service, and they do not care about making customers happy. It's not cheap to eat here and really a shame they don't do a better job with accommodating customer requests.

Froze the entire time, even asking several times to have it turned down so that the air wasn’t blowing as strongly directly at our table. With that said, our food was instantaneously cold after being delivered to the table due to the AC blowing so quickly. Flies were all over the place- understand it’s part of the summer season, but not ideal when eating out. We were given plastic cutlery instead of real cutlery with our meals- even though the newly washed cutlery was brought out from the kitchen to the bar. Our server never once offered refills on any of our drinks. When we commented on the food being cold, she ignored us afterwards. Guests were coming to the door for takeout and waited a long time to be greeted. Took over 40 mins for our food to come to the table- with ZERO communication from the staff that the kitchen was held up on orders. The place was NOT busy at the time we were there. The only saving grace was Jessica. She came to the table (since our server was still avoiding us). We explained our grievances and she handled it very well. She did speak to the kitchen manager- whom was the only manager on (and he never came out to speak to the table as the manager).
