Delicious straight up Canadian classics. Had hot beef open face sandwich on squishy (in a great way) bread with gravy, accompanied by mashed potatoes and veggies. Had to take most of the veg and potatoes to go as the beef was plentiful, hot, and yummy (and wouldn't hold up well as left over). Hubby had his choice of bacon and cheddar omelette.
