Good prices, offensive food

Edit to address response: It seems like you're suggesting I ordered the wrong thing and that doesn't seem very professional. I prefer haddock to halibut, it's usually cheaper by weight and more flavourful.. but your response suggests I should have known better than to expect quality haddock.

Fish and chips: I'm sure it comes to them pre-battered and frozen. It was dripping with grease and the fries were not hot, and were also dripping with grease. Maybe turn up the heat on your oil? I could have gone to the sobeys across the street and bought a frozen box of fish and chips and cooked it at home in the oven and it would turn out better.

I also ordered a side of garlic parmesan onion rings to see how they compare to the garpar fries that slices and scoops sells in the summer... and I received a regular order of onion rings with a nasty slathering of yellow 'parmesan sauce' all over them. Not the dusting of fresh parmesan and garlicky butter that the recipe calls for. At least the prices are low enough that I didn't feel too bad tossing the meal.

I hear they make a great burger though...

Hate to do this because I’ve had the same meal from here before and it was a 10/10! My family and I ordered 1 small Greek salad and 3 large Greek salads. First of all it was $49 wouldn’t be a big deal if these salads were what they used to be unfortunately they were not. We can see the salad prep area and the staff member who was making it was barely filling the containers with lettuce so we asked for a little more lettuce. That was fine. Then they started putting the toppings on… they were putting on such a little amount of topping we had to ask for more toppings said “usually these have quite a bit of toppings” then we got the eye roll and “ok” (btw we tipped 15% to make some salads). But whatever I can take a little attitude I’ve worked customer service I get it. But when we got the salads home there was pretty much no toppings, barely any cheese I think I had like 1 olive… for $15 each (or close to) I’d hope for just a little more than lettuce and dressing. I used to go there for food all the time, used to recieve friendly service and great fries. If there was ever an error on and order they were quick to fix. Tonight I recieved a delivery of my food same things I always order and I I recieve the 8oz canadian burger combo but it came with a just tomatoe on it and a few pieces if lettuce that's it. Which is you know the menu its it's the most expensive burger 2 patties 2 types of bacon and all the fixings. I tried to call and resolve the issue and I was met with terrible service and not willing to hear me out told me I got whatever was on the receipt which I didnt get a chance to even say I didnt recieve one with my order. It's a shame I've been a customer for 4 years but I wont be back as they dont seem to...
