Sunday July 9th 2023 3:00pm, I found that the manager lady seemed like she didn’t want to be working as she hardly did anything but distracted the other employees. When I entered the restaurant one of the employees had just Burnt his hand on the grill and the manager said to one of the other employees “can you come and kiss it better” to which that employee stated that he would help fill out an incident report because “nobody else would”. Just before I left one of the managers friends walked In off the street directly behind the counter with food and coffee from the Tim hortons. I had been in the restaurant for 25 minutes all the wile someone was waiting for food in the drive through. Maybe if the manager had been doing her job things might have moved along a-little faster. We were served by the manager, who greeted us with an angry face and while paying for our food proceed to not say thank you after receiving payment or use any manners whatsoever shortly after we sat down with our food, the manager during the lunch rush, yelled at his employees and yelled at customers that were clearly students hanging out on their lunch break with an abundance of seats available proceeded to scream if you’re not eating Wendy’s, get the hell out. Needless to say me and my family were very unhappy as there was no need for the aggression and hostility directed towards customers. I went into Wendy's with my family the other day, and all was going well, until we went to get our drinks. I don't know what has happened to the drink dispenser since the last time I was here, but it lags VERY badly. The option you select does not appear on screen (assuming you haven't just pushed something else out of confusion) for over a minute! The only options we found were to either wait the abysmally long time for the option to appear on screen, or use the stupid new QR code thing. Me personally, I don't have data, and thankfully my girlfriend did, but what if she didn't? It took so long just to get TWO drinks dispensed, that our food was ready about 30 seconds later. Absolutely no reason for soda dispensing to take so unbelievably long. Please fix it or I may not...
