However, while the overall quality is great, I feel that some menu items could benefit from more variety. A few additional vegetarian and vegan choices would also be a welcome addition.

The service at A&W is generally friendly and efficient. The staff is attentive and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and provides ample seating both indoors...

Very disappointed in my breakfast experience here yesterday! I visited to have a pancake breakfast with a friend. We ordered and pancakes were decent, made pretty quickly...was going to have a latte with my meal but a small latte was $8.88 which seemed very high compared to the rest of the menu. So we just had water. I asked to use the restroom and the lady at the front said I would have to leave my bag outside...although I was a bit uncomfortable with that she informed me that I would not be able to use the restroom unless I left my bag. When I came out of the washroom my bag was gone and the lady at the front said she saw a guy grab my bag and went into the Male restroom so she knocked on the door, with no response, and after spending 15mins waiting for this guy to emerge, I was informed that the washroom was empty, and I was completely beside myself when I came to terms that my bag had been stolen!! An extremely rude security guard stopped by and said very bluntly that I left my bag unattended and he didn't care that it got stolen and wasn't his problem. My bag had my tablet in it, and art supplies, but the thing I am most upset about that can not be replaced was my sketch book!! Which had all of my art from the last year in it!! I am completely devastated and for them to be so rude to say it's not their problem and to even go a step further and say they honestly don't care, made me leave their establishment feeling very upset. It is of my understanding that when they had asked me to leave my bag it is their responsibility to keep it safe for me until I return?? I definitely will not be returning to this location and I wanted to warn others about my experience so it doesn't...

The following comments apply to the A and W on Lakeshore Road in Kelowna and NOT to the Gordon Drive franchise. I realized this error only after reading my post. I have no criticisms of the Gordon Road location as I have not visited it as yet, but I probably will wen I next feel like an A and W meal. It was the LAKESHORE ROAD A& W to which the following comments apply. Fries were stone cold and the "large" fries was only a tiny little bag, much smaller that a few weeks ago. Chubby chicken burger had NO dressing on it....dry. Teen burger was also much smaller than usual with minimal anything added to it. A couple of bites and it was gone.....also made in advance and handed to us through the take-out window immediately after we ordered (no car line-up). They have either cut back on portions and quality significantly, or have cut corners in some way to reduce costs.....but they have lost us...
