Rowcliffe Park — Attraction in Kelowna

Coolest park to take the little ones for an afternoon or the whole day without the fear of the whole beach scene with broken glass in the sand and the possibility of drowning. All the kids play area has a solid but soft almost bouncy surface surrounding every square inch and the half of the outside has a perfectly wide and paved walkway that's in the shade for most if the afternoon and the far side is bordered with a huge field of beautifully manicured grass and just beyond that there's a community garden before the fenced in off leash dog park and outhouses at both ends of the field. Tons of other kids and families to play and talk to and best of all there wasn't one single piece of trash anywhere except where it belonged....in the trash cans! Great family fun. I can't wait to take my nieces there when they come to visit...

I really like Rowcliffe Park. A great play area for the kids, another spot for the dogs to run off leash, a walking path around the perimeter and a community garden! Grassy areas are well cared for as are the flora and fauna. Washrooms on site by play area. Nice...

This park is a great social focal point for the neighborhood families. Unfortunately we find it to be more of a concrete / Urban type of jungle rather than a fun feeling playground. We live within walking distance but find ourselves visiting other...
