Bright Jenny Coffee — Restaurant in Kelowna

I'm a huge fan of the downtown Bright Jenny, and have visiting many many times and worked there for hours. I have to say I was pretty disappointed in this location. First the good stuff: coffee was delicious, and their almond croissant was fantastic. The vibe in the place is nice, with tons of natural light streaming through the windows. The bad: Their tables are tiiiiny! My 13" laptop hardly fits beside a plate and a mug, god forbid you're working/studying alongside someone else, there isn't enough room. And even bigger minus, one that a coffee shop should absolutely know better on, is power outlets!!! There isn't even ONE!!!! I made the terrible mistake of coming here with a low battery to start with, but for a coffe shop not to even have one power outlet?! That's ridiculous. This cafe is new, with plenty of customer behaviour data from the other location, how did they think it was okay not to have any power outlets? lol I'll be working from other coffee shops, while ordering multiple coffees and food. This a nice place in the area to warm up. Specially if you are coming from ICBC or just strolling around the area. The place is quite small and few tables inside although they have options of dining outside but for winter, I think the seatings inside wouldn’t be enough. Although they could probably move back their counter tops since the back area is very big for a cafe. The food was good but a little bit pricey. They also don’t have an ongoing promo during the time I visited wherein they could attract more people. Also, a lot of people in the back but only 3 crews are serving in front.
