Chances Casino Kelowna — Attraction in Kelowna

We were a group of friends visiting the beautiful city of Kelowna, excited to have some fun, and decided to stop by the casino. However, the night took a turn for the worse when we encountered a lady, who appeared to be the manager of the poker room, and her behavior completely soured our experience.

We were placed on a waitlist with seven others, and when we asked if it was possible to open a new table, we suggested another player to help get things started. The lady misunderstood our point, thinking we were suggesting that one of our female friends (who was with us) should play. Even if that were the case, we didn't see any issue with it, but things quickly escalated from there.

She responded dismissively with a sarcastic “Yeah, right,” and then, out of nowhere, told us “no dogs are allowed.” We had checked in our service dog at the entrance, and the service dog license was already verified, so it was completely out of line for her to challenge us on that. When we explained that it was a service dog, she just rolled her eyes and replied with a nonchalant “Yeah, whatever.”

Her unprofessional attitude and disregard for our situation completely destroyed the mood for the rest of the evening. Feeling embarrassed and upset, we decided to leave—our night ruined by the...

Spent way too much money, but had a blast doing it! The food was disgusting though. I had the butter chicken pasta and the chicken was bad before they cooked it, which helped nothing. Even though there was literally all the chicken picked out and I told the waitress the chicken was bad, literally nothing was done aside from her saying oh sorry. No refund, no voucher for a different meal, offer of getting something else not bad, or a percent off.. Nothing at all. Having paid damn near twenty bucks for that plate of food I didn't eat, and leaving still hungry, especially after all the other money we spent at the casino during our visit there, it was pretty disheartening to say the least. Obviously we won't be doing the dinner and casino thing there again. But, the atmosphere otherwise was great, the games were fun and the staff aside from the restaurant were absolutely lovely. Edit: we've been back to play slots and tables numerous times and had a great time but have never eaten there again. It's expensive and after the situation above with literally no compensation at all, or even an apology really, we just couldn't justify it. Had a good time tonight playing on the slot...

Worst experience ever!!! Came 3 hours early to play bingo with my family a extremely rude family of 3 moved my games that I purchased so we had to break up our group.. so I asked the manager if they are aloud to do that he said no then took me to the table to try to resolve it then when we get to the table he says that you can't reserve seats... well if you ask any of the staff members there they will tell you that you can in fact reserve tables until 6pm unless you are me I guess.. then I ordered chicken fingers and waffle fries with cheese and bacon what was delivered to me was totally unappealing... all around not impressed and .. oh did I mention the person who took my computer won twice... I should have known better then to go to this place I used to actually work at chances about 8years ago and they escorted me out of the building after forcing me to work a 14 hour shift on a fight night and when I asked to go home because my inner thighs were bleeding (14 hour shift) they fired me and treated me like a criminal.. I should have sued them then!!! So utterly disappointed and disgusted with this...
