Thank you so much for your time for such a kind reply but I dont understand one thing on the top you are saying that you guys realize later that you serve that kulcha that was made with extreme spice level and than later on you are telling me that I should order mild and even mild could be spicy for me😅 like really.

About your new concept I would suggest you should rather put the scale 1-10 and elaborate that for you medium is 8/10 and mild is 5/10. So you dont need to argue with costumer later on.

O yes You should also add this online that "NO BAD REVIEWS ALLOWED, just call the store for that". I saw that for every bad review you are saying this thing.

For the Skip orders its your responsibility to tell the customer that If you are making any changes regarding anything you need to call the restaurant as well so that they understand better. Otherwise according to you its again costumer mistake to not to mention properly.

I stumbled across this place when I came into town to do a road test (it's in the little shopping strip right beside ICBC) - the Samosas are sooooo good! They are exactly what I picture eating when I'm craving samosas. (And more often than not be disappointed when fulfilling that craving) These samosas will NOT dissappoint you! They are authentic and FRESH! Be prepared to wait 15 minutes because they make them fresh at the time of your order. They also have a huge menu inclusive but not limited to pizza, pastas, salads, pakoras, rice bowls, street foods, roti, and even desserts. I've also had the butter chicken poutine - deelish! The staff is super friendly. I don't come into Kelowna often, but when I do, this is a 'must stop spot' for me!...

This place is awesome. For a very reasonable price I got three really big, piping-hot samosas in a crispy fried dough with sauce on the side. Hard to find a place that makes samosas of this quality and size. They usually cook them fresh as well, which takes a minute or two but is really worth it because they come out super hot and fresh and delicious.
