Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kelowna

Thursday evening, i order 3 ham and pineapple pizzas on the app. App says 17 to 27 minutes for pickup, i wait for the app to let me know my order is ready and head to the store. I get there and pay for my order..... 20 minutes later they bring it to me. I asked what took so long and was told they messed up my order and had to re make it "sorry" I asked why they didn't mention that when i went to pick it up and they charged me for it, once again "sorry" was what i got! Finally after they could see I was becoming upset how little my time was valued by them and I already asked for the manager i was asked what can we do about this? Well.... letting me know you hadn't started my order and giving me an option before taking payment would have been a good start?! I understand already not to order on mondays as they mess everyones orders up all the time, but this was a Thursday! Maybe an apology and asking what my options were before committing me to stand outside for an extra 20 minutes? I used to tell everyone about the app and the location specifically, now i will let them know about the lack of customer service and communication and encourage my friends to do the exact same at least specifically at this location!! I would also like to mention if this was a one time thing instead of something similar 3 times in a row i would never have rated...

I wish I read other peoples reviews before I ordered from this location. Extremely unpleasant experience with the delivery driver. He tried to argue with me about the location while I was giving him the correct information, he tried to leave my order at the wrong location and I said well I’ll just walk over there to pick it up then. It’s only a few minute walk, he calls me back a few minutes later saying where he was a few blocks away and he made some condescending comments to me again and I said I’m at the location where you tried to drop it off the first time, to avoid anymore confusion. So he came back and delivered it to me and I explained to him how there was a mix up of his location on google maps which was a simple misunderstanding so I made sure I explained it to him to prevent this from happening again. He didn’t apologize about the little mix up or the condescending things he said to me or anything like that, of course I thanked him anyways and he couldn’t be bothered to say anything to me. I wouldn’t order from here again and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to order from this location, this was an extremely unnecessary uncomfortable experience, save yourself the trouble and just read the other reviews for your proof from other customers.
