KFC — Restaurant in Kelowna

Terrible service. You could tell the woman didn’t want to be there. Tried first to order online because the website said it offered delivery but once we started the order it said this location doesn’t offer delivery. Checked then to see if we could do curb side pickup because again website said it was offered. Nope. We decided to drive there to order instead. When I got there and started placing my order for the meal I thought fries came with it but was rudely informed, with an eye roll, that fries were considered a side and not part of the meal. That changed my order so I needed to go check with my family and she again rolled her eyes. After I came back in she just said…so what do you want? You could tell this woman does not like her job. I placed my order and when I asked for plates and cutlery because we are in a hotel she quickly replied we don’t have cutlery here. Ok…I’ll just take plates then. We got our order and went back to the hotel. No plates or anything….napkins, salt, nothing. The fries were already cold and soggy, the macaroni salad didn’t taste right and the gravy was cold. It was a huge disappointment and now I understand why the ratings were so low. Definitely won’t eat...

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered online for delivery. After waiting almost an hour I called to ask where my food was. They told me they couldn't find the order so it must not have gone through (even though they had taken my MONEY out of my bank account. Then they put me through to speak to someone else who said the delivery driver had just left with my order. So I once again was waiting. After 25 minutes of waiting again I called them back to see where my food was since it only takes 5 minutes to drive from my house to the kfc location that I ordered from. The girl I spoke to said she would have to call the driver and find out. After another 15-20 minutes of waiting the delivery driver called me and asked for my address. I always thought when you ordered delivery the delivery driver would have the address. So finally after 2 hours from the time I placed my order it finally arrived. My order was not complete the extra salads I ordered did not get delivered but they had no problem taking my money for it. The food was extremely cold. Needless to say the kfc on Lakeshore in Kelowna BC will never get my business again. I didn't even get an apology or anything. Absolutely HORRIBLE god...

VAKRIM "supposedly manager" provided me with possiby the worse service i have encountered at the location ---and believe me it has been many! I decided after 8 months and what feels like the limited choices available, to go back to KFC to get a 10 pieces wings and a zinger for me and my family.. . I was shocked!! ... not only did Mr VAKRIM insist on telling what i will get for my hard earned money instead of what i am ordering... he came back after an unusually longer wait time and several ppl after me getting through (without any explanation), like a pompous chicken to tell me and I quote "after further consideration i decided that i will not even give you the at least "6 piece of drum instead of 5". What power and autonomy!!! Lol.. Thank you VAKRIM clearly you are the owner & CEO of "KFC incorporated" and you're doing me a favour!... I wonder how it is that u haven't manager to corrupt the services at the other locations yet considering the influence on you had on the other team members ? Given more time maybe? Your company will never get another dollar from me as long as u are the "Owner/ CEO/Manager". Because clearly you are or so you would...
