I ordered 5 tacos with buy one get one offer through skip the dish, so I was supposed to receive 10 tacos. It was a delivery order worth over $100 in total. But I received only 5 tacos, so I called the restaurant multiple times and 1st they refused their mistake. When I explained numerous times that with skip the dish offer I should get 10 tacos, they decided to admit their mistake. But they said they can't deliver it, I have to go to the restaurant to receive rest of my order although I have paid for delivery order, service charge and courier tips. So I had to drive down to restaurant although they made mistake & I paid for delivery.
I didn't receive any extra food or any refund or skip the dish credit for wasting my time and gas to drive down to restaurant to receive my order which I paid for delivery.
That's not the way to treat your customers specially when customers place big orders and you as a restaurant made...
Read moreMy 2 stars are for only 2 of the girls working there, the rest are non friendly. The gentleman working there is supper rude and he would put very few meat in your burritos, less than table spoon of any meat you ask and then he puts the whole lettuce to make it look bigger.
Last week I was there, I asked for a 12" burrito size, when I realized the girl was serving me in a 10" one, I told her I wanted a 12" and she said, that I ordered the 10" and it is what I got, she would never change the size because she assured that it was what I asked for.
Honestly I recommend this place to everyone I know because I love the taste! But also I let my friends know, if they are lucky to be serve with one of the nicest staff, good luck with that! If I don't see the nice people serving or at the front desk I go to another place to eat. This place needs better...
Read moreI recently visited this Quesada location and, unfortunately, had a really disappointing experience. Right from the start, the two staff members working that day were quite unfriendly and barely spoke any English, which made communication about our order really challenging. My main issue is that they didn't show any interest in being polite or providing basic customer service. They put our burritos together carelessly, didn't ask about sauces or preferences, and overall seemed grumpy and uninterested in helping customers feel welcome.
To be clear, my frustration is solely about the level of service. It’s important for any business, regardless of who’s working, to make sure customers feel respected and heard. I hope management can address these service issues so that everyone feels comfortable...
