Visited this place again on the 27th Sep 2024. Their prices have increased almost against every item and the service has deteriorated. We were allotted the seat where the fan was not working and when informed that it is hot, there were no arrangements made (though there were empty spots available). The lady was just not bothered. There is a new guy Eric, I believe (not sure of the name, tall guy), who took over, he was good though but my overall experience wasn't. This wasn't the first time I had service issues but this was definitely the last. I won't be visiting this place again. Changing the rating from 4 to 2.

Ordered a number of dishes from this place. Tried Spicy Fried Chicken, Sushi Rolls (4 kinds) and Dumplings. All were good. Yam roll was hot and fresh however have had better so I feel that could be improved. No fresh mango in mango roll instead they use puree. I would rather expect fresh mango and service really lacked. It wasn't upto the mark. Chicken Teriyaki roll was ok too but ambience was good. Will definitely visit again and try more new dishes.

Visited again and tried new dishes. I highly recommend Chicken Fried Rice, it doesn't look pretty but it tasted authentic. Wonton soup was also good and a good bang for your buck. I also tried 2 new rolls, shitake and sweet potato, both were yummy. Service for a change was good....

We've been here multiple times and in the beginning, we actually met the girl who opened/ran the restaurant, and she was absolutely lovely. Love to see a hard working girl with dreams and so we are happy to support local.

The last time we stopped in will probably be the last time for a long time. I've never had a server so cold and not built for customer service. She took our order and we made sure to point out for the beef bulgogi to not be spicy as we were sharing with our kids. The food started coming out and the bulgogi got to the table, it was squid. No worries, we just will notify her. When we told the waitress about the wrong order, she stared at us and said "that's what you told me and when I repeated the order you didn't say anything". There was a moment of silence at the table, and then she's like "I guess I'll order another one" as she took the squid dish back to the kitchen. It was so rude and cold, it was definitely my worst waitress interaction. She then dropped off the corrected order, never came back to our table to check on us, and sent another waitress to our table to settle the bill. My husband started paying the bill and I looked at the receipt, she charged us for both the squid and beef bulgogi.

We weren't being rude, we didn't cause a scene, but I am so disappointed with the service and how that situation...

Went yesterday and hoping to go many more times! The ambience was different and very chill, more than i imagined. The owner Cindy is a delightful human and always a pleasure to speak with, not to mention a great server!

The food was fantastic as expected - I had a Hollywood rolls and wakame to start and that alone was very refreshing and worth coming in for. The presentation is great, everything coming out of the shiny, new kitchen that is staffed with pleasant, happy chefs looks very appetizing.

After my starter I ate a Beef Bulgogi and tried the potato croquettes, which is basically an uber hash brown. Both dishes were delicious and i left feeling extremely full and satisfied.

Next time I’m definitely going to need to bring some friends, and hopefully I’ll get to enjoy the drink menu which will be fun to toy around with. Highly recommend!

EDIT: Brought friends and family -- they loved the restaurant too. It's was fun to introduce my brother to the delicious fried chicken. He's picky so the fact that he liked...
