Disappointed with the amount of toppings on 4 different items on 2 different days. It was 2 loaded hot dogs and two different sizes of pulled pork poutine. The amount of pulled pork and chili was miniscule yet these toppings are expensive.
There were different people working on those different days so this is not a case of an employee mistake but rather a deliberate practice by management, presumably to short-sightedly reduce costs. Maybe they haven't heard that when you rip people off as matter of policy, they stop coming back.
I'm not going to write the email because I'm not interested in being compensated with a coupon or whatever. I want people to know what's going on in the hopes that the practice will change. I bet that even after saying this, they will respond by asking me to write an email.
