We were just in there around 5:15pm today. The service was really upsetting. My boyfriend and I ordered a coffee and a falafel pocket because my bf is a vegetarian. The girl that took our order seemed distracted and unwilling to help, gave us someone else’s order at first which was a scone and we looked at it and returned it back asking for our order. She said sorry and that she will make it now. After getting it, my boyfriend took a bite and realized that it had chicken. Turned out, she accidentally gave us a chicken pocket. This was really upsetting for him considering he is a vegetarian religiously. We asked for the manager who seemed to be least bothered about it as he was overhearing the whole conversation we had with the girl about giving us the wrong order but didn’t care to jump in until we asked for him. We gave him a rundown of the whole situation and how we were given the wrong order twice( one of which is a big blunder!!!! serving meat to a vegetarian person) all he did was offer us our initial order and an apology. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!! Very disappointing because STARBUCKS is known to go above and beyond for customers but the staff here didn’t even care about the giving the right order to the right...
Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks, and unfortunately, my experience there was quite disappointing. Firstly, I had an allergy and informed the staff of this when placing my order, but they still made my drink wrong. To make matters worse, when I asked for it to be remade, they wanted to charge me again. This was extremely frustrating and left me feeling quite upset.
In addition to this, the supervisor, a red-headed guy, was quite rude to me in front of other staff and patrons. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by his behavior. It's one thing to correct a mistake, but to do it in a way that makes the customer feel embarrassed and belittled is unacceptable.
Overall, I found the staff at this Starbucks to be quite rude and unhelpful, with only a couple of exceptions. It's not the kind of experience I would expect from a coffee shop, where I would hope to feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I would definitely recommend avoiding this particular Starbucks if possible and finding another coffee shop where the staff are more respectful and attentive to...
Read moreI went in this morning during the free red cup day to get a cup for myself and my grandma and my sister. I bought 3 holiday drinks and a normal one. I asked the guy working if they had any left and he said they just ran out, which I totally understand. As I was waiting for my drinks a group of 5 men came in. The one worker went into the back and pulled out a stack of cups and proceeded to give them to these guys and said they were saving them… After that, she turned to her coworker while holding more cups and said how these ones they were saving were for so and so that would be coming in. They literally had a stack of cups saving to give to their customers they liked best. You can’t play favourites with customers in a job like this. I came in early and was declined cups meanwhile the men who came in after me were all given some, and they they had a stack they were saving for their preferred customers.
