I usually go here and the staff are very friendly but. I think they mightâve hired a new staff, Iâm not sure. But I gave them my order like I usually do since I usually customize one of the drinks. However she didnât even care to look at the customizations and because that drink is for someone else and they usually get the order right. I didnât look at it before leaving this time. Itâs was only when I got back home and gave them their order it was wrong. Also my drink had so much more ice then usual? I donât usually ask for light ice because itâs fine just the way it is but this time they loaded it up with ice. There was probably only 1 cup of drink in there. If I wanted ice I couldâve just grabbed some from my freezer instead of ordering the drink that I usually get. Today was just not it.
Edit: We ended up calling and they had fixed the order for us. Personally I think that the staff that work the Night Shift are friendlier and they actually check the customers order. As a person who does waitressing, I donât want to be rude and say they have to train their staff better. However itâs just that one staff that made a mistake and they had also fixed it and I really appreciate that. But please do make sure that your staff does check the customers order if itâs shown on phone, and as a waitress myself I do understand that I should have also checked the order myself so I am also in the wrong but they fixed it...

   Read moreWe went through drive thru last night around 5:30 and watched the barista literally talk instead of making the drink. There were no other customers in d/the and none at the counter and we only ordered one drink. Between each step we waited while she took her time in between conversation to actually make the drink. There were two other baristas on shift standing, waiting and listening- literally standing doing nothing. I, myself am in the service industry and this was painfully slow and I think worse because I saw the whole thing. I do not recommend going here. I did politely tell the drive thru attendant that while it was not of her doing, the service was painfully slow. She apologized. Come on ppl, take pride in what you do and execute your job with integrity not ignorance. Not to mention I worked for Starbucks and know that you don't let the shots sit or else they go 'bad', which was the case....
