Ordered 2 "large" pizzas online... online said 20 mins for pick up. Showed up for pick up and the pizzas weren't ready. That's okay. I'm fine with waiting for a bit. The girl said they were busy and she was the only one working (maybe hire more staff?). But I sat there for OVER an hour waiting (plus the 20 mins it said online). I have a 8 minute drive from the pizza place, and by the time i got home my pizzas were cold. So I'm not sure if they sat before hand, or what? But one pizza was definitely cooked before the other, because when I went in to talk with the employee she said she was finished one pizza and just throwing the other in the oven. Wouldnt it make sense to cook both at the same time for the same order? My pizza's were both pretty undercooked. One worse than the other. The pizza literally had chewy raw dough in it. And neither pizzas tasted good for the high price I paid (2 large pizzas and 15 wings ran me like 90$?). And I also wouldn't call them large pizzas. They seem like mediums cut into 10 slices instead of 8. 10 tiny slices. Smallest large I've ever seen. The best part of the meal was the dip to cover up the taste of the flour of the undercooked dough. And I also asked for some of the free toppings like parmesan and Cajun seasoning on my online order and neither pizzas had that on them. I get that you're busy, but maybe send out a text or call to confirm a better pick up time instead of ppl showing up in 20 mins and then waiting for over an hour. Plus seems very unorganized and poorly planned cooking times. Like i said above, why wouldnt you cook both pizzas at the same time? You have more than one oven? Even if you're busy, Ive NEVER heard of waiting like 1.5hrs for two pizzas. That's wild. It was my first time buying from there and I highly doubt I'll be...
Read moreGreat pizza myself and family have ever had! We just discovered New Orleans Pizza, ordered their “Family and Friends Deal” and it was the best quick service pizza restaurant I have ever had.
They have great varieties of toppings, you can taste the quality of the cheese and tomato sauce on the pizza and the crust was thin, crispy and tasty. The atmosphere was great and the store manager was amazing, welcoming and friendly.
The pizza tasted and felt like a premium pizza you will get at a restaurant like Boston Pizza but at very reasonable price.
The location we visited was 923 Queen Street in Kincardine, Ontario but I am sure all of their locations will have great quality of service and amazing tasting.
Try it and you will never order pizza from pizza pizza, domino’s or...
Read moreThey sent me a vegetarian pizza covered in sausage. When I asked them to make me another one, they refused, saying they closed in half an hour, so I'd have to get it some other time. When I went back to get it another time there was no record that they owed me a pizza and they refused to call the manager to ask about it. This happened THREE TIMES. I will not ever be going back. If it were my business, I would have just made the damn pizza and dropped it off. I paid for delivery and had no dinner as a result. So for a loss of less than $10, they have lost hundreds of my dollars from over the course of the year. Bad business....
