PFK — Restaurant in Kirkland

Worst experience ever. Started by ordering two boxes, one with a tender sandwich and the other with regular tender. After paying the girl at the cash told us that they had no macaroni salad . We asked if they had anything else her reply was not really… corn ( the girl was talking so low I had to make her repeat at least 5 times) then she noticed she didn’t actually charged us for two boxes so we were like okay fix the bill will pay the extra she was SO confused. After that other issue fixed I hear he say softly we dont have salad for you sandwich but I can put pickles instead, that’s when I lost it and ask to be reimbursed for everything.She obviously didn’t know how to do it and talked to maybe 3 people before giving back $20.20 but from what I remember it was more expensive and ask for the original bill. As she was looking for it she confirmed it was really 20.20 but when finding the bill it was actually 22.20! I couldn’t believe it I was in shocked and asked to speak to the manager Which was sitting in the office next to the cash. She or he NEVER came out to apologize for the poor service. I asked the cashier for the manager name 4 times and she couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me when finally she whispered a name Rashen or something. Honestly I was shocked and will never go to...

I came back to edit my review to make it even lower star rating. The service tonight was unbelievable. Every person's order was wrong, including mine. Waited about an hour to get chicken tenders. Other people were freaking out. One guy found hair in his chicken and the guy was wearing a hat.. the other guy waited about an hour and asked for a fresh poutine and they told him to buy another... I just can't do it anymore. I'm done with KFC. The food is bad. The service is horrendous. I waited 1 hr for them to come back and say here is your 3 piece tender when I ordered a freaking bucket. Unreal.. eff it. Wendy's is across the street. They'll get my business. Normally this KFC is lit. 100 times better than the one in Dorion. Unfortunately, I have to rate this 2 stars because they must have burnt some chicken in the oil and didn't change it. Our chicken wasn't burnt but it tasted like it was cooked in oil with burn flavor. Not too cool for paying 50$ for chicken. I could question my taste but all my kids said blehhh when they bit the chicken and one said it's like smoke chicken... I'm losing my faith in KFC... I'd almost rather drive 2 hrs to get Popeyes in Ontario sadly. Their pieces are way bigger also and not...

All the signs were there. By far the worst PFK (KFC) experience. Now I do know better but like everyone, after a while you forget or just have a craving. The sandwiches at least. First I stopped to use the toilet and wash my hands. The toilet wasn’t flushed. Used my foot to flush it but to no avail. Went to wash my hands but the soap dispenser was off the wall resting on the faucet. Joined my daughter in the ladies washroom and there the toilet was on a continuous flash. Placed and order then waited 18mins for 3 super crunch sandwiches. I noted the girl in the back making zingers and she was told they were a mistake. 10mins after that and seeing many sandwiches being made for drive through and pick-up I asked what’s going on? I was told it will be ready in 2mins. It was at that point I asked to cancel the order as it’s been almost 20mins. She offered me 2 zingers, saying they are ready now and 2mins more for the 3. (Knowing full well these 2 sandwiches were made at least 10mins earlier.) I declined and asked for my money back.
