Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employee (cashier).

Clicks his tongue whenever I showed him coupons.

Tries to blatantly scam.

He said he had to bill separately for two coupons. I agreed and gave two coupons. Due to the previous experience with obviously lack of respect I made sure check the prices of my orders (2 14.98$ and 1 15.68$). For the 2nd one half price coupon, he put in 1 14.98$ and 1 over 15.68$)

Please send the imperial roll when people order the "imperial roll & bottled drink" combo, plus other appetizers on the side. I order the pad thai combo with imperial roll and drink, PLUS another appetizer on the side (fried chicken dumplings).

I'm charged for two appetizers but only receive one of them if I order online. The two separate charges are clearly indicated on both receipts that are stapled to the bag (the imperial roll and drink combo is $5.85 + the fried chicken dumplings is $6.55). This is the second time in a row that I don't receive the imperial roll for my combo.

Sadness, I really wanted my roll. Also missing the dipping sauce for the one appetizer I did receive :(

I find the food tastes good though and my pad thai is always nice and hot when I receive it, I do like it but I like it more when I receive my entire...

Edit 2: it’s clear they take the bad reviews seriously because im going back to my origional review. I love this place. Theres a new kid that forgets to add spice more often than not but it’s truely the best Thai express in the West Island. Good job guys! ———————————————

Edit: I don’t know what happened but I have to change my review. They’ve been consistently making mistakes over the past few months. Every time I order the same thing. I ask for mild spice. I either get none, or extra extra spicey. Never what I order. Staff is changed. Food quality is down.

I genuinely LOVE this Thai express. Even if the order is wrong, it’s still worth it just for the customer service. The guys that work here are truely fantastic! Give them all a raise. I love these guys....
